Booked a class showed up early Waited 45 minutes to get training. Then discovered the session was double booked. They took 45 minutes to realize the error!!! The range phone is never answered and the voicemail is always fullI think they need to work on their customer service I probably will not come back Can't comment of the instructors competence. Didn't get a chance to find out

This is a professional and well-run shooting range with a cafe and plenty of options. Their safety classes are top notch - and they keep safety in mind with everything they do.While you can use their safety goggles and ear protection, we brought our own. If you're a newbie or pro, they have something for everyone.Check their website for class availability and times.

Just got done shooting with my family. When we first got to our lanes within the first 10 minutes, I was approached very aggressively and cursed out by one of the employees as I was being accused of shooting the ceiling when I know that I wasn't. I'm not an inexperienced shooter. If I indeed was shooting at the ceiling, (I wasn't), It's one thing to say "hey make sure you're aiming at your target" or something like that...ok cool...but to roll up on me using profanity like I'm some nigga in the streets is VERY unprofessional and could have been very problematic had he came up to me like that in public. He's lucky I didn't see him when we finally left. In the future, I'll be spending my hard earned money elsewhere. Black Power

Didn't get what I paid for. Place was empty and was placed in a lane next to an asshat that range officer would do nothing about. You don't accommodate your customers why should we keep parroting your business? Didn't get what I paid for. Not to mention filthy and unkept lane. Manager had a crap attitude and refused to do anything about the unsafe and untidy conditions.

I enjoyed the range so much, that I even worked there for 1.5 yrs. I'd go back and work there again if it paid enough to pay my bills. Phenomenal place!

Overall, great place to shoot. The new restaurant has great food- try the potato thin slices. My only complaints: 1.) it gets very warm and stuffy in the ranges. Turning on the AC or even a fan in there would be great. 2.) they need more benches and chairs. In the 35 yrs range there is no place to put your firearms- especially if you have rifles because the 100 yrd range is full. I still give it 4 stars because the staff have been nice and helpful, and the new restaurant owners were great.

Employee working their for 2 months has 0 manners. We spent about 300 we're prepared to spend about 1k their in rentals to have fun. Due to service we left. We told range staff multiple times we brought none of our own ammunition. When I went to swap into another rented firearm I was asked if I bought ammo. The lane has receipts of purchase. This kid went to the cameras in front of me and zoomed in on the ammo. Never apologized. It was their ammo, Customer service would have earned you more business. Avoid this range. From an 11b

AVOID WISHIRE GUN. Bought a sling from Wilshire 5 days ago. Paid cash. I subsequently found the sling it was to replace. Package was unopened and I had the receipt. They refused the return. WHAT?!? The manager said that's the way they do things. Ok, well here's how I do things. You keep that hundo and let's see if I can detour at least that much business from your place. Shame, I like some of the dudes there but you can't treat people like that.

What great service! Our sales person Aaron Lane was completely Great! He was very knowledgeable and asked us refining questions to figure out what we really were trying to find. He totally helped us determine what we really wanted and helped us figure it out. So, pleased with our experience. Thanks!
