Willows Apartments the

Horrible place to live! Management is incompetent, owner is uncaring. Built in the mid-80s, and nothing in ANY of the apartments have been updated except a few tiny dishwashers and even then, they weren't new! Carpets are 35 years old, and they won't replace them even if you offer to pay for it yourself. Supposed to be a smoke free property, but management won't enforce it. Any upkeep to your apartment, such as windows that won't open or close, sliding doors that won't open, old carpet coming up, etc is now the responsibility of the renter, because the owner won't invest in anything other than the OUTER appearance. Managers are extremely rude and unprofessional. I moved out and had to call and let them know that a charity I donated a motorized wheelchair to was coming to pick it up. I called 12 times and they never picked up, or they would just pick it up and disconnect the call. I called from a different number they weren't familiar with and they picked it up on the second ring. That kind of behavior among management speaks VOLUMES! Don't move in unless you want to be treated like crap and pay for repairs that aren't your responsibility.
