At first it was a 5 star review when I moved in the ladies in the leasing office we awesome. Then a new woman came in and everything changed. She calls and leaves me a voicemail saying that I wasnt picking up my dogs poop and that I should consider this a verbal warning on my voicemail. First theres dog poop everywhere how would she know which one was my dogs. She wouldnt because I'm a responsible pet owner and pick up after my pet. Then she hounds me for $0.40 so she can close her monthly books. So i work in customer service/service industry. I would never hound someone over anything less than a dollar owed. It's just ridiculous imo I would have paid it myself and added it to the next months rent and sent the person a note letting them know what I did and to simply at $0.40 to the next months rent. That's how customer service works.

Worst most disgusting place I have ever lived. The whole building #10 was infested with roaches what started in June and still happening into October 2016. They wanted over $2000 to break our lease so we were forced to stay until our lease ended October 31st. Had to rip everything out of out cabinets weekly to be sprayed and live displaced because they allowed the "source" apartments to go months without making them spray. Now we are living in a gorgeous apartment, paying $300 more a month but I so wish we had done from the beginning. I never in a million years thought we would be forced to live with roaches, I have never been more disgusted. Trust me it's not worth living at this dump, they are now sending us a bill charging $50 for pool wrist bands and not giving any of our deposit back. When we moved in the walls hadn't been painted in years and a smoker lived there before so I was cleaning yellow cigarette smoke off the mirrors, light fixtures and walls for months, along with sweeping sheet rock from the cracks under the baseboards because nothing was sealed and all done half ass. Not to mention the boards holding the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms were buckling and rotting and the whole apartment reaked of cat piss and the air filter hadn't even been replaced. Believe me when I say don't move here, we threw away a new Keurig, microwave, the list goes on due to their negligence to care for their roach infestation. All while paying $825 a month for rent. Also the ceilings felt like they were going to cave in and our lights would shake and dim when the upstairs neighbors walked and ran, felt like they were going to come through our ceiling. Horrible place to live. Nothing but trash working here ripping people off. The buildings are so outdated and it felt like they were starting to accept section 8 necause of how ghetto the place was. The manager and staff could care less about your family, sanity, or forcing you to live with roaches due to their negligence to maintain the property. So relieved to be out of this shitty dump. We are now living at The Boulevard at Lakeside in Midwest City and it is like living in a resort compared to the shitty dump we were at. Trust me dont wast your hard earned money renting from these disgusting con artist pigs.

Mary Kay is the landlord/manager of the apartments and very obviously does not care about her tenants. I along with my partner stayed here for 1 year and was dying to leave. Our AC went out 4 times within this one year period, and they would on take on average 1 week to repair the AC. That is unacceptable , temps would rise into the 90s in my unit. I will note, the maintenance guys are so bad at their job, they won't report anything that happens in the unit. That's good and bad. Good, because we had two cats and we never had to pay the deposit. Bad, because nothing ever got fixed. Also, they will only return a portion of your deposit, and label it as cleaning fees. Oh well, I still screwed them out of all of the pet rent, and deposits for those said cats. There is also horrible safety issues around the building. Break-ins occur nightly and shootings monthly. So happy to be out of here.

Haven't lived in an apartment for some 45 years but am pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and well cared for Willow Creek Apartments, MWC, OK., really is. Management and maintenance are easy to work with and the complex overall, despite a major facelift, is in excellent shape. I like it here.

I honestly don't even know where to begin with how terrible these apartments are. The owner of these apartments is a bitch who just loves to rip people off (especially military because they are close to the base.) She over-charges people for rent and literally never makes any improvements to the apartments. I lived in a 1 bedroom 1 bath and was paying almost 700$ a month for a piece of shit apartment. They look awful inside and out. The floors feel like they are about to break through on the top floor, and the appliances in most of the apartments are so old. Also there were NUMEROUS issues when I first moved in (i.e the windows weren't sealed properly, the shower drain wouldn't drain, stains on the carpets, spiderwebs on the walls, broken tiles on the bathroom floor, stains in the sink.)The landscape looks like shit as well, especially the pool. It literally looks like this place should just have meth heads living in it. When I first moved in (2011) it was a lot more kept up, but this place has gone to SHIT. There is ABSOLUTELY no security or safety within these apartments. There is suposively a cop that is supposed to drive around but never does. I've had stuff stolen off my car, had random people sit on my porch, and I felt SO scared every time I'd walk outside my apartment because there is random suspicious people walking around. Also people from across the street would walk over and swim in the pool. It is so unbelievably trashy for how expensive it is. My bottom neighbor also was constantly smoking weed and partying and I called the cops on them multiple times and told the office and nothing got done. I actually broke my lease because I was so afraid of living there and sick of my apartment smelling like drugs. Also when you move out they are SO STRICT with the cleaning. They charged my boyfriend and I 25$ for dust on the toilet seat when I know for a fact that it wasn't there when we moved out (they just took forever to finally go inspect the apartment after we left.) I suggest taking pictures of everything! Plus they give you part of your deposit back and it took me over two months to get it back. Also something really shitty... One of my neighbors was incredibly sick and actually had to have her legs amputated and she wasn't able to pay rent on time (because of being in the hospital) and they evicted her. The owner is a selfish bitch who keeps all the money to herself to pay for her Alexis she drives. She also acts live it's a nuisance to ever talk to her. She needs to NOT own these apartments anymore. I really don't this these apartments are suitable living conditions and I am going to try my hardest to at least get them black-listed for military. DON'T LIVE HERE!!! You can find a cheaper rental house nearby or live a little further away from base where prices are reasonable.

I don't really know where to start. I would like to give this place 3 stars but I can't bring myself to do it. My wife and I moved in on the account that they were supposed to be very nice, quiet, and safe apartments. We've lived here a few months now and so far I can say that they are not really that nice, they are anything but quiet, and safe... well hopefully nothing happens but so far it seems relatively "Safe". One of the big things we were attracted to is the convenience of how close the parking is to the front doors. Well spoiler alert! Don't get your hopes up. You will probably never have parking near your door or possibly your building. I've had to park at a totally different building several times. We live on the bottom floor and the construction of the buildings, while not that old they were built extremely cheap! If your upstairs neighbor has wood floors (carpet I imagine wouldn't be much better, but I can't speak from experience) get ready for one of the worst experiences in living. I promise you won't be able to sleep! It's insane how loud this place is. If any of your neighbors turn on the water it sounds like one of the Tinker jets is flying over! (Just slightly exaggerated). There are always people walking around outside talking and yelling. The windows are all cheap old aluminum; they are not sealed well and not only can you hear everything outside but outside can hear everything you do also. The management has so far been very nice to me, my "Immediate" neighbors all seem to be pretty nice as well. My main complaint here is the apartments themselves. I have some young upstairs neighbors who are pretty loud and a bit unreasonable. They also seem to be on a swing schedule and don't go to sleep until about 3 a.m. Consequently neither do we... I'll wrap this up by saying this: Look, if you're in the market for an apartment I just want to try and save some people time, money, and headaches. Just avoid this one. For this money you can afford a rent house or a better built newer apartment somewhere else.
