ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE READ:Before you consider moving here, just know that we had 3 children (ages 5, 6 and 7) and we were without central heat/air THE ENTIRE TIME we lived there; therefore, we went the entire winter and through a really cold icy storm without heat. A month after moving there, we had the neighbors' sewage explode out of drains covering our bathroom and had no use of any of the sinks because of the plumbing issues there.2 months into living there, we didn't have a working stove or oven to cook with so we relied on a tiny conventional toaster and microwavable foods.Black mold was a HUGE problem there and that, by law, they were supposed to fix and yet refused to do so, even with all of the emails, texts and notices of every one of these problems.Management WILL NOT help you. They SAY they will, but based on our entire experience there (plus every resident there at the time), I can assure you that they will not. When you flag down a maintenance person, they always say the same thing: the office had never put any work orders in.We tried to get out of our lease for a couple of months with no cooperation and eventually ended up in court AND WINNING! We had months worth of proof of the deterioration of the apartment and the refusal of anything getting repaired or replaced. MARY JENKINS (not sure if she's still the "landlord" there) tried to make us pay the back rent (since we refused to pay towards the end) but ultimately she had to sign a paper stating that we owe ABSOLUTELY NOTHING due to her neglect..plus the place wasn't licensed at the time we were renting. Now after 3 years of not living there, they reported us to a collection agency saying we owe them money, after a court order saying we do not so I guess it's back to court we go!!All in all, unless you would like to pay a lot of money to live in an illegally, uninhabitable apartment full of neglect..you should look elsewhere.

there are holes in the wall, the neighboring apartments are empty and smell like damp, the heating system is old and the light goes up above $ 140 dollars, there is no one to clean the hallways, I have leaks since I moved and the neighbor is not familiar , they never answer the phone so they never going to fix anything, the rents are not cheap I recommend any other place than this one, building is so old , and there is moho for all the apartment, I get sick for that and they told me that if I leave the apartment my credit score will be reflect, nobody should leave like that.
