Jim is the only good thing about this builder. Most recently, after many other ridiculous issues I've had to fight to fix, a joint on my water meter had been leaking for I don't know how long. Plumber said whoever assembled it over tightened it. Shouldn't be my responsibility to fix. 1K later, I'm still fighting. My house was built in 2015. My mother owns a Victorian house from the late 1800's and had less issues with her House than I do. Find someone else.

We've been in our Westpoint home for almost two years now and they have still yet to finish our home. For the premium they charge for their homes the quality is extremely poor. There are gaps in the trim, walls, and tiles, the quality of materials and the contractors they use on their homes are the cheapest they can find. We recently had some of our warranty work done, and needless to say that the condition our home was left in was unacceptable. There is dirt and bubbles in the paintwork, our hardwood floors are pretty much white washed now, they dented and scratched our cabinets and doors, etc. The reaction from the builder was basically we should just be okay with it and pretty much threw his hands in the air and walked out. Will never buy another Westpoint Home and are going to be warning potential buyers to stay away, as they are building up and down our street.

We bought a Westpoint home in the fall. I had no idea how our life would change for the better. Jim Burkett was with us through our buying journey from the first time we saw the house to the closing. I did not have to go through stress like many other of our friends who bought in other areas. I can call Jim today with a question and he takes care of it. The people in our neighborhood are friendly and I'm hearing of the activities we can be involved in if we choose. Our home is wonderful. It's well built, comfy and gorgeous. And Jim Burkett is still available if we need assistance.

Our experience with Westpoint Homes is a nightmare. Our windows in our home are not installed correctly and we have extremely poor air quality. We suffer from sinus problems daily.My elderly mother is a lung cancer survivor but yet the builder Brad won't do anything about the air she breathes 24/7. The air was tested by Biocheck Corp. The dust level is 30%, normal is 1-5%. This is just a drop in the bucket. I could go on and on about the horrible quality of my Westpoint Home and hope no one ever has to go through what we have with Westpoint.

We bought a house in Deer Creek Villas three months ago, after living these months we found several construction defects, for example the cabinets throughout the house have defects, and we managed to talk to the manufacturer and very kindly made new defective parts, but unfortunately received the builder's comment that it was not their problem because that's how we had received the house. He also told him not to send more personnel from his company to our house but he would continue doing business with him.

Horrible customer service. We have waited two years to have warranty work done. Our house is still unfinished snd falling apart.
