this ones for you miss tammy-WORST STAFF EVER. i have lived here for years now and each year is worse than the last. she has given us NUMBEROUS write up for our yard being "dirty" even though all thats in it is childrens OUTSIDE TOYS. she has had maintenance walk around our house just to take pictures of how "unkept" it is, even though we've been requesting things get fixed. she says that we arent allowed window units but there are several other homes here with them still in. i have a baby and its reaching almost 100 inside and we are all struggling. told me herself over the phone that she doesn't care. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT ANY FORM OF RESPECT OR POSITIVE INTERACTION WITH STAFF.

Horrible place to live, they don't pick up the phones you can't get anything fixed without them wanting you to pay for it they sucker you into sign the lease then they give you all the rules and regulations you can't go above the manager because they're just as bad about running the place he can't talk to the owners because she make sure no one's around now discussing the people that live here are letting gang members move in here and now they're Gathering up it's getting to be a scary place to live

Having worked as a housing manager, I can whole heartedly say that Barbara is a great manager who cares about her community. When presented with a complexed and difficult decision she exercised the utmost professionalism while still maintaining a watchful eye over her residents safety and well being.

DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE ZERO OTHER OPTION WORST. OFFICE STAFF AND COMMUNITY MANAGER TO EVER EXIST.- OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE AND BELLIGERENT TO RENTERS AND HOME OWNERS --Rude and yell at renters and home owners. When they get asked a question they do not want to answer. - ALL HOMES INFESTED WITH BUGS INCLUDING ROCHES, FLYS, ANTS, & SPIDERS -- Office claims to spray for insects however they take multiple weeks to get to your house after the day of services are supposed to happen. ALL appliances are infested with riches and ants. Including washer && dryer, fridges, dishwashers and even the ovens. -JACKED UP RENT AND GAVE US A LOGNER LEASE WITHOUT TELLING US -- When we moved in our rent was listed at $1100 when we got our first bill we noticed it was for $1378 for just rent, that didn't include trash, water/sewage, or mowing. all together was about $1500 a month on top of that I thought we signed a 12 month lease turns out ours is 18 months and Tammy (the community manager) "just didn't realize" as she told us. I suggest everyone runs do not walk as far away from ANY yes community trailer park as possible.

If you have children, animals or anything that resembles a family life....STEER CLEAR of this place. The cops are called on a regular basis and drug addicts will be living two doors down from you and when you call the office to voice your concerns, they flat out ignore you. They won't answer the phone, nor will they will not open the door when you go up to the office because it's stays locked. They will sit and stare at me through the glass while I'm standing there. That customer relations number they tell you call for corporate...they don't answer that either and they don't call you back within 48 hoirs like the voicemail says they will. They will enter into your trailer to perform routine Filter checks.. which they prefer you not be home for to begin with which is absolutely shady. They will look around your entire trailer while they change out one filter. They will violate the lease terms you signed and issue you a pay rent or quit on the 3rd day of the month even though it specifically states in the contract you have till the 5th. Their online pay system is a joke as well and takes 2-3 days to show up on thier end so they'll issue you a notice before it even goes through. They will sit and say it's amazing here but please don't make the mistake we did!

I made an appointment to see a trailer, they told me it would be ready to view on Fri. I go to Westmoor and the property manager didn`t know anything about me I show her the text and she then states that they least the property the day before. I think it was very rude not to at the very least call and let me know that it was ready to view and or that they had leased it already. That is bad business. The only reason it gets one star is because yelp made me put a star rating.
