needed a place to workout while out of town. never expected to find such a true gem . management is super friendly and accommodating. great price and options, open 24/7 365, old school iron weights and proper equipment to get any workout you need. a gym like this back in miami would be priceless. if you're tired of mainstream commercial gyms and want something a bit more low key that has everything you need, look no further. i never write reviews but for this place i can't say enough good things

I needed a REAL gym while I was in town for training and this place did not disappoint. Sweet smell of iron, a whole damn wall of dumbbells, tons of plated equipment, and super friendly staff. Super flexible with a single month membership and 24/7 access. This is a great local independent gym that is fantastic if you are there to get work done. If you want to stand around and look like you're doing something, go find a corporate gym, play on your phone, and show off your under armor apparel. Leave the hard work to to the adults. Rock on WR24!! I'll be back for sure!

I've been working out at the Weight Room for about 6 months now. I really like it, it's a comfortable place to work out and I rarely have to wait on any equipment, and if I do, people usually let you work in.The atmosphere is nice and everyone there is very friendly, especially the trainers. One thing I'm really impressed with is the fact you can ask any trainer how to use the equipment, or help you move weight and they will drop what they are doing to help you. Everyone wants everyone to succeed at this gym. This also isn't a gym where guys gawk at you and take selfies in the mirror with their flip phones, people are actually working out.I deducted a star since not all the features on the cardio equipment work, some of it is broken and doesn't ever seem to be fixed. And the music in the gym is lacking, everyone wears headphones because it's that terrible. Sometimes they have specials where guests can go for $1/day, definitely check it out if you get a chance!

I've recently joined this gym and I'm beyond satisfied with my decision. I left planet fitness because I felt like I was hitting a plateau with the machines, the weights, the everything and I needed something new and fresh to get my mind and my gains excited again. After passing by and seeing the sign for 1 dollar joining fee I decided to drop in and take a tour. I believe his name is Erin, gave me a tour and the run down, and I joined in a matter of minutes and I'm so glad I did. The gym is VERY old school feeling. Between the weights and the older machines (although very safe) it just feels like a lifter and a body builders paradise. I wasn't familiar with all the new (to me) equipment and in some gyms it can be quite intimidating to ask other members for help. NOT THIS ONE! Everyone I've talked to or asked for advice was extremely helpful and super sweet. Everything from the pools and the sauna is top notch and good quality. The best part about this place is that you feel good leaving here. Even though it may seem like its just for power lifters, people of all ages can come here and feel like they are really putting in work with their bodies. No shade to planet fitness, but this feels like a REAL GYM. BONUS!! They have cryotherapy, a variety of trainers and fitness classes, serves protein shakes at the front desk, and has their own supplement mini market right inside the facility.

What a great gym to drop into during my visit to Oklahoma City! The Weight Room is an iron addicts paradise that has an old school vibe, machines that have stood the test of time, and friendly staff that let me drop in for a workout without having to fill out any paperwork at all.Rows and rows of Dumbbells, plenty of free weight barbells, and a great variety of machines that come from many brands that focus on function over brand loyalty of visual appeal.Everyone was lifting heavy and giving their all in the gym. To me this meant less people staring at each other, more motivation and absolutely no intimidation just because I wasn't a regular. All the members were friendly and shared a bond around training. The good always comes with the bad. The first treadmill I hopped on was out of service, but I made someone aware and they were receptive to it. The shower needs some love too but the locker room was clean and that's really my only criticism!I look forward to coming back to the weight room on my next trip to OKC.

This place and their customer service is absolutely vile! After many attempts at cancellation, they refused without a certified letter. Sent that and they are still charging and refuse to even pro rate. Not only is the place disgusting in general, but they treat people horribly. Can not stress enough....AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Has just about every machine for every muscle group as well as some niche ones I've never seen at other gyms that are very effective. Dumbbells that range very high in weight (150lb+), wood platform for Olympic lifts, and best of all a sauna. Don't pass up this gym!

Not dissatisfied with the gym, just how customers are treated. I've read reviews on several websites and the responses to negative reviews are baffling. You realize what you post is public right? I have read many passive aggressive comments in which someone made a complaint about specific incidents and the response was "I apologize of you took it personally when I did x". You should hire someone to manage your accounts for you if the responses are going to lack any form of accountability and really just add fuel to the fire. Maybe marketing isn't your thing... Also I hope you take the time to re-review how complaints have been responded to and really think about the message being sent to potential customers. Why respond at all? You'd be better off saying nothing. Get some emotional intelligence.I am a member of your gym, just googled it to look up some information and am genuinely disgusted.
