Keith Gasaway at Centennial Real Estate was our realtor for buying our new house and selling our old house. We found our dream home and currently didn't have our house on the market. Keith was great about walking us through everything needed to lock in on our dream home and get our old house ready. We had to get the old house sold quickly, because we were unable to write in a contingency. Once the old house was on the market Keith did a great job marketing the home in the community and conducted a successful realtor open house. We really concerned because we were listing the house just before Christmas. We were pleasantly surprised when we got an offer shorthly after the new year and ended up selling the house within in two months of listing.
