The leasing agent Jill was very helpful walking me through the process of moving in and showing me all the different types of options they have to offer!

zero stars. moving out in between , mold was growing in the apartment and the covered IT along with my SHOES in white paint.

Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. This is ridiculous. Our A/C has been out for I don't know how long, our fridge has been leaking since we moved in, We're starting to see roaches everywhere, water damage throughout the apartment, master bath finish is peeling from the tub, water pressure is terrible, when we first moved in they installed the wrong washer and dryer so we couldn't do laundry for a few weeks, the oven didn't even have a power cord so we had to eat out of the microwave, the panels on the stairs are falling apart, there are MASSIVE gaps between the floors and the baseboards, and drafts from bad window and door seals, no security patrol like they mentioned, gates never close right outside our front door always smells like cat poop from all the strays. Do i need go on? Yes we've called on these issues MULTIPLE times A WEEK. Even before this Covid thing got out of hand we had called and nothing was done to fix this. Did I mention we've only been here for 3 months! Terrible place, terrible management, terrible customer service. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

1 star is an understatement...The day I moved in there was a crew of people finishing my apartment while I was trying to move in. They replaced a moldy fridge and they had a cleaning crew clean everything so it was presentable enough. For me not to complain. There was someone else laundry in the washer and dryer, the dishwasher was broken and veryy rusted, and my bathroom sink is also rusted and the tubs were never painted, and the cabinets are broken underneath the sinks. There my kitchen sink, my bedroom sink, and the second bathroom tub all leak downstairs to my neighbors apartment to the point they come up and complain a lot Moving here was a mess from the beginning now it's summertime hitting 109 degrees and my air conditioning isn't working my 2 babies under 2 have been suffering from this heat! I would not recommend living here we can't even swim in the olympic sized pool hasn't been working and I've lived here for a year! I've completely settling for less than I deserve living here and you shouldn't do the same mistake!

Edited to provide a glimpse into the "stunning views." 60% of the time the water is shut off. They won't tell the complex when they turn it off. That would make things so much more "carefree" as they say they strive for here. Tiffany in the office is so rude and passive aggressive towards me. She plays ridiculous games and tried to force me to sign my lease in my house so I couldn't ask questions. Most of the staff has been there since FOREVER and doesn't do their job (maintenance requests, call people back, answer the phone even keep the office door open) and when someone is persistent about not letting things go for over a year - they make YOU feel bad. They make it personal because you ask them to provide what you pay for. And either I'm lying or ALL THE REVIEWS are. And if nothing changes, nothing changes. (The same spiders I'm still asking about have been around since 1997.) So if you like no pool, no gym, unstable water and no warning when it goes AND employees who are childish and retaliatory - definitely check out Wedgewood Apartments. Home sweet home.

If I could give it zero stars I would! This was a mess from day one but my son insisted and they have to learn on their own. A week into living at the apartment the hot water heater broke- it took about three weeks to fix that and when maintenance "fixed" the hot water tank they BROKE the AC. During the hottest days on summer the boys had no AC and then a couple days later their hot water tank crashed AGAIN so I guess that was helpful...No hot water and no AC. We submitted multiple maintenance requests, and the boys would try to go to the office but the office turn over is INSANE so the office was always closed.One morning I got a phone call that the boys were being evicted for a party that turned violent - police were called, someone got ran over, someone got stabbed....or at least this is what was told by a so called security guard. The manager didn't have a police report number, she didn't have an official report, she didn't have the officers name, she didn't have any witness accounts. My husband and I took of work to help the boys move and while we were packing a neighbor came down and expressed that she was so upset because the boys were quiet and such good neighbors, she also shared her version of what happened (no stabbing, no guns, no one run over)which was completely different than what I was told by the then office manager.I have reached out to OKC PD to get copies of the report and there is nothing, I have reached out to friends that work for OKC PD and there is NOTHING. My son wasn't even at the apartment the night this happened and I am sure that had all of that madness gone on- there would have been a report.When everything was and I told the manager what REALLY happened and I asked her "did you talk to anyone besides the security guard" and her response was no - she just assumed it was true even without seeing a police report. She told me the boys could stay if they didn't have any more parties...WHAT?!?! I had already moved them out of the POS apartment! She told me that the apartment would refund the rent that I had paid just the day before as well as the deposit because the boys had only lived there for a few months. I have called, go to the office (its always closed) and emailed the property managers and NOTHING. I got one response that a check would be mailed in 30 days and when I followed up, that person was not longer working at Wedgewood. It has been several months and I JUST got an email that the AC is fixed *facepalm* and still no refund.Please avoid this complex at all cost, it will bring you nothing but stress, frustration and potential health issues.

You will never be able to reach the office by phone, stop trying. I've been unable to get a hold of them to receive my deposit back from 5 months ago. Crappy apartments when I lived there, my downstairs apartment was flooded by the above apartment 5 times. FIVE. Oh and bugs like crazy. Don't do it I promise.

Literally the WORST place to rent from. Started the whole lease signing process just for them to change the amount of our rent the DAY BEFORE we were supposed to move in. The big white office lady is beyond rude definitely not helpful at all. Not even starting on all the problems we had with them not finding our deposit we paid in full and All of the false information we got told. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

BEWARE you have to have renters insurance so they can charge YOUR insurance for THEIR problems. Still waiting for that $135 that they owe me since they could not furnish the apartment on time, left me living in my car until I found another place

DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. The front desk people don't know what the fuck they're doing. They constantly will tell us it's not my problem and then tell us to email this person just still hasn't even came to the office or anything. They're telling us we owe almost a grand because THEY HAS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH THEIR ONLINE PAYMENTS NOT GOING THROUGH AND THEY WONT DO ANYTHING TO FIX IT. SAYING ITS NOT THEIR FAULT
