Is anyone else having trouble with service and sales? I bought a Sonos stereo right before Christmas, and was told it would be delivered first week of January. I've waited three times for delivery, and each time they were a no-show. I can't get my money back or get the equipment. Can't reach anyone by phone, the mailbox is full. So disappointing - Weathers has always been such a great place for and known for its good service.

I have been trying to reach Weathers for three weeks to see if they had something I am looking for. They have been closed when I would go by there. Each time I have called during normal business hours, the message says they are closed. There is no way to leave a message as the "mailbox is full." I have always used Weathers for appliances. After reading the reviews I understand the problem and will go elsewhere. I am sad to see this happening to a long term Edmond business.

Weathers is now under new ownership and management by Jake Hledik.He is a total scam artist. He was supposed to install a new projector and receiver in my theater room on January 20th. I had made a "down payment" of $5600 which Jake said he needed to order the projector. Jake and his installer were a no show. Jake will not return calls and rarely a text. His installer did call to reschedule for January 29. Again a no show. I threatened to go to the attorney general and the Edmond police. Then Jake had his installer call me on February 11 to tell me he had put a cashiers check in the mail to refund my down payment. The check has never arrived. This is nothing but fraud. Bill T

Avoid Weathers TV in Edmond OK. 11/27/24 we paid over $3,000 for a built in KitchenAid oven with matching microwave and trim kit. They installed the oven 12/12/24 but it was missing a part. And, they ordered the wrong microwave and trim kit. The finish on the microwave and trim kit did not match the finish on the oven. It's now been two months and we still have an oven with a missing part and no microwave. I called KitchenAid to complain and found out they no longer make the microwave that matches my oven. They must have installed an oven that was a floor model. That might explain the missing part. I also found out Weathers TV sold and has no affiliation with the Weathers family. Jake is running the company now. Trying to get Jake to call you or give you any reliable information is nearly impossible. After several weeks of trying to contact Jake, he finally called me back on 1/17/25 and promised a full refund. He said his crew would bring a cashier's check and would pick up the oven on 1/21/25. Jake called at about 3:00 on the 21st and said they were running late, but he was on his way to pick up the check at the bank and they would be at my house by 5:00. Jake and his crew were a no-show. Jake finally sent me a text at about 5:45 and said the bank had mailed the check by mistake, and I should receive it by the 22nd or 23rd. He said he would reschedule the oven pickup the 23rd after I get the check. Well, the check never came. I sent Jake a text requesting the name of the banker and the banks phone number so I could verify the check had been mailed. I also suggested that the two of us meet at his bank to work it out. I have not heard from Jake. He never provided the bakers name or phone number and he has not replied to me about meeting at the bank. Obviously, the check was just another lie. If Jake comes through with a refund I will update this review. You do not want to buy anything from Weathers TV in Edmond, OK! unless you like getting ripped off!
