Honestly love these apartments. I got a studio and it's spacious enough as long as you set up correctly. VERY DOG FRIENDLY. Love the little dog park it has and if you're alone you can open both sides and let your dog have more space. All of the staff is super friendly. I haven't had any issues in my apartment yet which is always a good sign much better than the other case property I was living at. Love the lakes they have as I am an avid fisher. Crappie and large bass are in there. Nice dock for you have a little picnic on and cast out. Very relaxing. Overall very much enjoy these apartments and I look forward to living here a long time.

I lived here for 2 years. Soon after I moved in I had extremely noisy neighbors, I complained multiple times about a dog barking and waking me up at 5 am when I work late hours and case and associates did nothing about it eventually I avoided coming home this consistently continued for 4 months then occasionally for the remainder of my lease. I was walking up the stairs to my apt when a employee/ maintenance worker yelled out a comment on my body. This only occurred once but I felt uncomfortable so I bought pepper spray, I knew case and associates wouldn't do anything about it so I didn't bother to mention it to them. But as a single woman watch out. The apartment complex is full of rodents mice, raccoons and cats that come out at night. The animals get into the trash and drag it out of the dumpsters and the wind blows it all over the complex and on the cars. I have cat scratches/ Prints on the hood of my car lucky its a older car otherwise I would have to get it painted. The community also likes to put trash sacks full on trash out by the front door and within seconds cats get into it and trash gets everywhere and no one does anything about it. Living at watersedge is like living in a dumpster. I regret signing a lease here. Come check this place out especially at night, I promise within seconds you'll fill like your in a dump with a drive way.

Scheduled a viewing during my lunch (11 AM). The viewing was confirmed. No one showed up to my viewing. Waste of time.

Power goes out here and surges a lot like rn. When it's not even really raining and not even windy. Mainly posting here so they'll see it and get our power back on

I have lived here for a long time and have seen a lot of changes but I feel that it's time to leave and let everyone know that this place is not even worth looking into. The grounds were great when I first moved in and the lawns were kept up. Now Once a week a crew comes over with riding brush hogs and do nothing more than spreading dirt and dust. There have been dead shrubs sitting for years and not replaced. The pool is taken over by the surrounding neighborhoods and security will not address when asked. There's loud music and ice chests in the pool area after hours and fighting in the parking lot. Residences are always letting their dogs out without supervision and restricting me from walking my dog. Security here is non existent. There's a park backing to this property and the homeless continue to cut the fence to get in to lift anything on balconies or in your car. I have personally address the manager here about dogs threatening me and my dog but nothing was done. The list goes on and on. They did start sprucing up the grounds here and I was excited but sad to learn that it was to impress the owner for a visit. Everything is back to where it was. I cannot contact Chase, they are one of those companies that are not contactable. I do wish I could talk to the owner and let him know how miss managed this property really is.notation to the previous review;thanks for your feed back, very much appreciated! As I mentioned the shrubs have been dead for years, not since 2020 ice storm. I also have a question with the pool and it being used by all the neighbors in the area. There's no room for residents and this is leading to fighting in the parking lot during late nights. What about security? When they do show up, they only check the office doors and leave, can they check the pool situation?

I love the apartments and surrounding property. I was very excited to learn the pool open early this year. I arrived at the pool only to turn around and leave. One of the maintenance workers had his truck parked on the grass with his loud hill billy rap music playing loud. He and his numbness children had taken over the pool with large rafts and a table with drinks. They were having a party with no regard to the paying residents. I was looking forward to lounging by the pol this year but I gues not. This place is not for single professionals.

I do NOT recommend renting here! Extremely disappointed in the honesty and integrity of the staff and management working at these apartments. All they are interested in is making a few extra bucks and charging you for things that are not legitimate. My son signed a lease with these apartments for the summer. The promises made for amenities that would be available to him were not kept. In addition, even though he had a signed agreement of what his first months rent would be, the management made him pay extra because they had an error in their calculation and then they tacked on another $1,150 at the end of his lease even though they were fully aware of his move out date. The last straw was their threat to ruin his credit if he did not pay. I would NEVER recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

I have lived here going on 2 years. I have had no problems. Maintenance takes care of the things I need fixed as soon as possible. The people are friendly and easy to talk to. It is peaceful here like living in the country. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
