This is a great place to live! The managers are friendly and I have never had an issue with them. Maintenance comes quickly and gets stuff done quickly. When I moved here, the were more than willing to accommodate to my early move in date and actually rushed the carpet installation to have me in before the 1st. I love this place! Beautiful grounds and landscaping to top it all off.

I have lived in these apartments for a little over 5 years. Over the last 2 1/2 years I have become extremely unhappy. I wish the old management team was still here...... Anywho, let me tell you why you should look for somewhere else to live. If you value water, run fast! They constantly have water issues here. Most of the time they do not let you know in advance. At least once or twice a week my water either goes out and/or there isn't enough pressure to take a shower, to do dishes, or cook. They always blame it on a pipe, a leak, the neighborhood next to us, the city, etc. That's funny because I have friends in the neighborhood next to us and my Mom lives down the street. They have zero issues. The maintenance guys keeps telling me that my building seems to have more problems than most (speaking with the other apt neighbors...they tell them the same thing). Go figure...smh! They also told me during peak hours (and this is the entire complex) the water can be low or go out because too many people are using it. So you an only imagine getting up for work with no water. Are you serious! We pay separate for water and it's high as hell. Fix it! I'm tired of paying for a service that does not work. Oh and you can forget about leaving any messages for the emergency maintenance or the office. They either don't answer or will not return your phone calls. And they're rude and extremely lazy. Let me at least say something positive..... I like the location and the rent is reasonable (not the water though). Sorry for writing a novel.....but they've left me no choice. I just had to say something. If you do decide to stay here, be prepared to constantly have a "the water will be off for 6+ hours, blah blah" sign on your door.So glad that my lease will be up in a couple months.

The location is nice. It's by the mall and close to other popular shopping destinations. The grounds seem fairly nice and we'll kept. The rent seems more affordable than other complexes. However your water bill isn't based on how much water you use. It is based on the amount of water everyone in your building uses. The water system is set up on a perimeter loop boiler system. That being said the system is older and not well maintained. So you can expect to have frequent occurrence of little to no water pressure. At other times quite frequently your will have no water. They do not fix anything other than small things like sliding screen for the patio, door handle replacement, or trim. Not that it's intirely their fault. It's just that the office staff don't really know anything about how or what is involved in a common repair of say an appliance. Then when you add in the fact that the maintenance staff are ignorant and don't know plumbing, basic drywall repair, appliance repair, heat and air conditioning repair, etc you can see what a mess it is. They call vendors and contractors for everything so you really don't have to know anything to be a maintenance person working here. All in all it looks and sounds like a nice place at first. But if you can afford it I would spend a little extra money to go somewhere that is actually nice. But if money is the issue not a bad little complex if you don't mind the frustrations of dealing with people that aren't organized and don't know what there doing. And don't expect things to get fixed right away.
