So our dishwasher isn't cleaning very good and the sanitizer is giving me an error code....Call Lowes to have it repaired and they refer me to Waggoner Appliance, the guy literally shows up opens the dishwasher and says, I'm not fixing that ( it literally had like 4 crumbs in the bottom- cause duh its NOT CLEANING) I grab a napkin and clean it up for him, and say sorry about that, and he says no, he's not going to work on it.....grabs his bag and walks out the door! WTH!!!??

one of my worse experience. was rude did not want to do the repair was told he does not work on my Samsung brand. slammed my front door as he left, after throwing a tantrum.

Highly disappointed in Lowe's as things evolve. Absolute worst experience in customer service. Purchased appliance from Lowe's with warranty service agreement and after repeated failed repairs I contacted the office and spoke with owner and wife of the service technician who was incredibly unprofessional, surly and aggressive. She voiced zero compassion with regard to the company's integrity or desire to improve the situation. She has since refused service on numerous occasions after scheduling and confirming appointment times. We have chosen to escalate the matter. Unfortunate situation as we have been long time customers of Lowe's and this is the "mess" we have been left with. Appliance still not working properly 11 service calls later and Lowe's doesn't seemed concerned nor sympathetic to our frustration. Carl, supervisor with Lowe's service repair center states," Lowe's would go bankrupt if we replaced everything that couldn't be repaired."

Appliance Repair completed last week for our leaking refrigerator's freezer, a freezer on bottom style frig of a couple years age. We were so impressed with Mark's prompt response to our leaking frig. He was very considerate by removing items from the freezer, and kept everything very clean during the speedy repair process. Afterwards he placed items back into the freezer in good order and cleaned up all moisture, leaving the floor very tidy. Utmost in professional attitude and knowledge. Very honest individual. He earned a Five-Star PLUS rating in my opinion, PLUS. I get so freaked out but strangers coming into my home...but his presence was professional, considerate, and had a safe feel. We will definately be contacting him should future need arise. He also gave us advise about other appliances' mfgs, etc. Told us which he would avoid, and which he would personally chose and why. He is the first Repairman I've felt comfortable enough to recommend like this.
