Verry rude employees. They have no respect for you or each other. The campers they have are junk and falling apart verry cheaply made.

Best buying experience I've had! Kelly Kerr, my sales associate is top notch! Knowledgeable and diligent, she helped me stay on budget and find the best suited camper for my needs. The atmosphere at Wade's RV Center is relaxed and fun! Little Wade even accepted a dance off challenge from my seven year old granddaughter. From selection to service these folks KNOW how to treat a customer! Oh! Here's the best part.... Wade's in house finance team beat my bank with a LOWER interest rate ! I was able to get more RV and save money!

I cannot give this place a rating at all. My husband and I were trying to find an RV and went to Wade's. When I told them we were looking for a used RV that was nice but wanted a cheaper one as it was our first one they started to treat us differently. They weren't very friendly at first we went through the door, and when we found an RV that we liked, we looked up the bluebook value and made them an offer. The sales person chuckled and said you need to make us a reasonable offer. When we told him that was reasonable, because that was the average bluebook value, he said well the market is higher now, and would not even entertain taking the offer to management. We found an RV on marketplace and bought it, and when we needed some parts reluctantly, we tried to get some at Wade's. Everybody act like we were bothering them , nobody helped will not do business here

When we first bought our camper I had a lot ofnice things to say about Wades Rv. Everyone wassuper nice! There where a couple things wewanted fix before we bought it home and theywhere spouse to do a inspection on the waterlines and etc.. we get it home and soon to realizeour docking station was leaking bad. We calledand got no help what so ever. We had to go upthere and yell at them to get what we needed thatwas spouse to already be done. Now it's been aalmost 2 months and we haven't received anypaperwork over it and every time I called theygave me a run around. I finally asked to speak toa manager, Jason (sales "manager"), I told himWhat was going on and he told me "the state ranout of title paper", I called the tag agency and shetold me that is true but that problem was resolvedmonths ago and there running smoothly and havebeen. We will not be doing business with wadesever again.

Buyer beware when buying used.Thought they would have checked everything out before selling. Nope heater and air do not work. Nothing!!! So for peace of mind I recommend you do not buy from Wades !!! Called but to bad they do not fix things on used RV'S...so save your money and go someplace else!!!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Bought a Forest River 315MB. Paid huge dollars for it and it had no less than 30 problems with it. Ranging from small, to big, to safety related. Took back to the dealer twice and had mobile techs work on three times. Every time, they would somehow make it worse. Example of some issues I had were the septic cleanout was kinked, tank heaters were wired wrong from the factory and always on, battery disconnect wasn't wired correct and wouldn't disconnect the battery. Almost every piece of trim fell off. The Anderson Hitch adapter was not torqued to the proper spec. I checked after seeing all this other stuff wrong. The awning broke away from the siding while trying to adjust the pitch. They put bigger screws to hold it up and went through the interior. Drove all the way to Colorado from Oklahoma and the auto level system would not work. Mobile tech said the computer was bad. Take it to the dealer and they said it just needed to be recalibrated. I could literally go on and on, but this review would be a novel when I was done.I asked for an extended warranty free of charge since this trailer was being so problematic and they said no. I contacted the manufacturer directly and they said no. I asked them to give me my money back and take the trailer back, they said no. Everyone was nice and professional, but they didn't lift a finger to make it right. They acted like it was normal to go on a camping trip and immediately drive to the dealer to get more stuff fixed. Horrible! I cannot recommend anyone buy a Forest River product or a product from Wades RV.

Worst RV dealer I could ever have imagined. Sold me a new travel trailer. We had three major water leaks in three months time. After the second leak, which flooded the interior, we were naturally upset. Matt the sales manager assured me they would fix the problem and "if we had one more major problem he was replacing the camper." Then comes the third leak about the time we were mailing the thrid payment. Back to the dealership AGAIN. Matt and Wade refused to replace the camper as promised and said we will fix it. I told them I can't take this trailer anywhere with confidence, they didn't care. Bottom line is Matt lied and Wade didn't care. They really stuck to us. They lost my business and anyone that will listen to my story.

Recommend 100%. Bought a motor home from Wades and was the easiest transaction. From walking in the door to driving away. Top notch. Salesman Colton was excellent. Owner even came out to make sure all went well! Would highly recommend. Purchases or servicing.
