Wow, wow, wow! I hate that I can't think of our servers name but she was wonderful (tiny, energetic, with a sister that works the bar at Capital Grille). So going here is an experience in itself. I'd recommend it even if I thought the food was just okay. The ambience is unexpected! Upon entering a place that unexpectedly feels like a back alley dive in Europe, I hear "Irish or Italian?". Huh? (Well 23 and me tells me I'm 96% Irish, so...) Irish? The left side of the restaurant joined, by a tiny, dark entry with brick floors, is an Irish restaurant. To the right, the Irish man on the left, whose wife is Italian, is the Italian Restaurant! I can't describe how excellent of a dining experience this was! In summary, the start of is amazing focaccia with the yummiest of garlic, parm, and olive oil. Here's the good stuff: My husband had the lasagna and absolutely love it! I had the shrimp scampi and let me tell you, it's divine! It's heavy on the garlic, as in Heavy! I always say I can't get too much garlic, in this case, this can only be described as perfection. The shrimp was fresh, juicy, perfectly seasoned! I hope if you haven't tried this spot, you will for your sake, not theirs! I'll bet you love it as much as I do!
