I made a reservation with VIP in OKC, for a funeral. Then I needed to cancel the reservation and called 60 hours in advanced. I was dismayed that I was then informed that there was a no refund policy. I was told the policy was on the web site which I did find with difficulty. i did not make the reservation on the web, it was made on the phone and the refund policy was not discussed. So Mr. Cotton told me he would try and rebook the limo and refund the booking IF HE COULD FIND REPLACEMENT BOOKINGS for a SUNDAY. I had booked 10 hours on Sunday. If he could not completely rebook I would have a credit, I could use at any time. I live in Houston and that was of no help at all. On Saturday at 1pm I called to see what was going on with the credit. He had not been able to rebook, but said the phones were still ringing. I got this insight that he was not going to get in any bookings and planned on keeping my money knowing he would never be liable for the service. I reinstated the service although this made a bad situation worse and added a burden to my family in a difficult situation. The driver came and was very professional. The Limo was in good repair and adequately stocked for a whole day on the road. The driver was familiar with the route and required only minimum of direction to various individual places, in fairness not on gps. I leave it to the reader to evaluate the situation. I FEEL that the inflexibly of VIP Limo policy was small and petty. And this added to the grief of my family. But then I am not in a good place to render an objective judgement. If you rent from them know there is an absolute NO REFUND policy..

I would give zero stars if it was possible. I had booked a limo for my wedding day, they never showed up to take me and my bridesmaids to the church. We had to take cabs!! Somehow they finally showed up at the church and made one run after the ceremony to get my wedding party to the reception. You'd think they'd offer to refund and make it right? Nope. My wedding planner called and even though they had NO problem dealing with her to get paid in advance, they told her they wouldn't deal with her for a refund. Now I have to waste more of my time on them to try to get money back. Pathetic. Book somewhere else. I suspect they will be out of business soon as no company will survive with such poor customer service.

We had the pleasure of being transported to the OU-West Virginia football game on September 7th. Our driver, Eddie, was very professional and personable. He delivered us very near the stadium and was there to pick us up after the game. What a pleasure to sit back and enjoy our friends rather than fight the traffic back to OKC. Hope we can do it again soon.

We had the opportunity to be driven to and from the OU-Kansas State game. Our driver Eddie was great! Arrived at our house to pick us up ten minutes before we were scheduled. He went over a couple routes to take down to Norman to avoid traffic. Dropped us off right in front of the Everett facility and also picked us up from there. Very friendly and professional. The limo was clean and a very smooth ride. My kids fell asleep on the way back from the game. All in all a great experience. Would definitely recommend using VIP

Totally disappointed right now. I had scheduled a limo for my wife's birthday as a surprise. They didn't show up. I called and the guy insisted that I told him Thursday. I know what I said. I didn't tell him Thursday. He then proceeded to tell me that he has done this for a log time and "double checks things like this." Double checks? I never received an email or phone confirmation "double checking" anything. We ended up having to drive ourselves and were late for our reservations.

I have absolutely no complaints. The vehicle was clean and exactly as advertised, it was here on time, and the driver was helpful, even suggesting a location but I didn't know about before. We had a perfect evening in Tulsa.
