This a horrible place to live. The office people are not at all helpful. We moved in a they kept pushing us to buy. We ended up buying it thinking it would be a good way to start. Everything had to be pit together with glue and tape because we were there, things started to fall apart. We have put more money in to this place , we could have probably bought a small house. Drugs and racism is rampant. Can't wait to get out!

This is not a place that I can recommend. The management does not control the pets, that run free at night, dead trees are allowed to lay on the ground for months and there are cars that block fire hydrants. When we moved out, it took 3 months to get our deposit. I had to call the Regional director to get the checkMy advise, stay away from this place.

my review of this property is not favorable, we moved into this community because we did not want to step off into a big home mortgage and thinking that we would give Mobile home living a try so we moved into the Village Oaks Community, when moving in we were told that they would take care of any issues that we find with the home, starting off we had some minor issues like plugs not working, Garbage disposal not working just things that were easily fixed, the problem is it took them forever (weeks) to get things fixed, we were told that they were going to paint and re-stain the decks and replace the wood that needed to replaced or any issues with the decks well we are 4 months after our move in and nothing has been touched yet, told them that the front deck was not level and was leaning the manager said that's the way it is supposed to be (BS) and the decks still have not been touched, then we noticed after every rain that the concrete area in the front of the trailer and below the deck Floods and we have to wade through 6 inches of water for days or until it decides to soak into the ground to get to the front door of the home (ridiculous), they do not these things serious and just put you on the back burner and just don't care about your issues. then there is the situation with the drug dealers next door in Trailer #5 there are drug deals going on all hours of the day and night with cars stopped blocking the roadway and parking in my front yard and we were told by the Manager that they were in process of being evicted well that was 2 months ago and still nothing has been done, I guess its gonna take a drug deal gone bad and someone shot or killed to get something done but they will drag there feet on that as well. wish I would have never moved into the Village Oaks Community.
