We have eaten here numerous times always few tables were taken and although we were pleased often wondered how they manage to stay open. Valentines Day we chose to enjoy an evening there. That was not to happen!! Busier than normal but no waiting to be seated. We ordered our meal right off with our drink order and received our drinks and salad fast. One hour and 45 minutes later our waitress stopped and said"you haven't gotten your entrees yet" well evidently she forgot to put our order in. While 4 or 5 tables have been seated after us and gotten their food we waited some more and were told our meals were being prepared. Guest coming and going and still we waited some more! Next time she comes by I stopped her and said I would like to see the manager. She left and came back with his message he was busy and could not come see us. Unbelievable!! Again she said she was sorry and our food would be out soon. At this point we told her when it was ready just pack it to go! Soon she brings out a sack with containers in it and ask"would we like the ticket?" She brings it and upon giving her cash she goes to the register and amazingly the manager comes out to ring it up. I was loosing it and made my way to him with my complaints of such a mess. He was extreamly rude and I was told it was a busy night the orders were prepared by what was ordered?? what?? That is crazy. And he had no time for me!! We took our sack and headed out. As we got to the door he was locking it and telling people that there was an hour wait. Again I told him what I thought of his lack of concern and rudeness. Again he was louder and spitting out how busy they were. I said he should have comped our meal or at least offered a dessert and not to expect us to ever come back. His last words were " I am the owner Luigi and come again I will take care of you". Hummmm wonder what that meant? So please be warned the owner does not care in the least about his customers and don't even think about going if they have any business!!

Our poor waitress was so nice and friendly. But oh my, worst food I have had in a long time. We ordered a cheese pizza, chicken san Remo, and chicken parmigiana. Everything was premade, frozen food. The chicken was frozen patties. Everything tasted old and like it was made by the Banquet dinner company. Rough experience.

Family went for dinner recently for a second time having gone several months ago and thought the food and service was decent. However this time was not great on any level. Food seemed old and came out luke warm at best. Service was horrible, slow, and they seemed understaffed, Even though they weren't busy. Paid well over $100 for food and service that should have cost half that. We won't be back. Very disappointed

Went there for my wife's birthday. It was our second time. Its a casual ambiance, nothing fancy or new but not run down either. Always seems clean and friendly. We were sat and served very quickly. I ordered Venezia and my wife or ordered Florentine. Both were good. Not out of this world, but solid nonetheless. Each of our meals were $17, which seemed like a fair price for what we got. We will more than likely return as it's in a good location for us.

I have eaten here several times because my son loves it. This last time is going to be the last. Their "salad" is nothing but iceberg lettuce. The ricotta cheese in the cheese ravioli is so thin you can hardly tell it's there. It really lacks flavor. The food at Fazoli's has more taste. It's Olive Garden for me if I can talk my son into it.

I wish I hadn't come back to Venezia because I already had an okay impression of their food. Back then I was willing to overlook their slightly overpriced menu and food presentation standards because they were local and trying their best, and the food itself wasn't bad. I don't know if COVID had anything to do with their decline, or whether meat prices have skyrocketed in the years since I've dropped by, but this may have been the worst Italian food I've ever had the displeasure of eating. I have never seen such a disparity between the quality of a dish and its respective asking price.First, the salad. I still don't understand Venezia's insistence on asking what kind of salad you want (Caesar in my case) and then giving you a side salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, and all) with a side of Caesar dressing. Caesar salad is typically romaine lettuce, parmesan, and croutons - I'm not asking for much here. The dressing had this syrupy texture that tasted like equal parts sugar and sodium benzoate. We ordered a lasagna and a chicken parmesan w/ fettuccine alfredo. The menu describes the lasagna as "layered with meat and ricotta cheese" but for the majority of the time I ate it, I found neither - that is, until I came across a pocket of ricotta and meat that had been shoved in by, who I assume was, the chef who realized that they forgot to add two main ingredients and catapulted a tablespoon of it into the baking dish before it hit the oven. The sauce and mozzarella made for an overly sweet and greasy mess, so I wonder whether the lasagna would have been good even with an evenly distributed layer of meat and ricotta. The lasagna was $12.Even worse was the chicken parmesan w/ fettuccine alfredo. Dry, limp, noodles with almost no sauce alongside a fried chicken that, upon first sight, you'd swear was a Tyson breaded pre-cooked chicken patty. Taking a bite confirmed that, yeah, it's basically a Tyson breaded pre-cooked chicken patty. This dish was $17.I never thought I'd see the day where I regret not picking Fazoli's or Olive Garden over a local place, but here we are. Everything about our meal tasted like someone went shopping at Walmart for canned and ready-to-microwave foods and then opted for the Great Value version of those canned and ready-to-microwave foods. For ~$31 after tax, go to Aldi and buy enough pasta, parmesan, chicken, and heavy cream to make a month's worth of better tasting pasta at home.

We were super excited to try this place out because we love italian food. Ultimately, we were really unimpressed. Our alfredo pasta had no seasoning? It was really bland. Alfredo pasta is typically a safe bet at a new restaurant but not here. We ended up seasoning the crap out of it ourselves. Maybe it was just an off day?
