Venezia Italian Ristorante

The food is amazing. We had spaghetti and bruschetta. The salad was fresh, the sausage and noodles were perfectly cooked. Everything met or exceeded expectations.

9 of us showed up! Bread and water was out immediately, bar drinks were out fast as well. Appetizers (stuffed mushrooms) were incredible as well as the food. Very attentive staff, and just an amazing experience. I can't wait to come back!

The complementary bread looks tasty with the Parmesan cheese on top, but the bread is a little dry. You pretty much have to put butter on it to make it taste decent. It's not the worst bread, but definitely not the best. I ordered the prosciutto chicken pasta with a small side salad. The side salad is pretty small, but it's actually pretty tasty and seems fresh. The pasta was alright, but the best. It was cooked well, but it is definitely boxed pasta. I had to add in some Parmesan to make it have a good taste. The prosciutto was delicious in my past, though, but the chicken was pretty dry. I had to dip it in the olive oil to make it taste moist My boyfriend got the tour of Venice. It has chicken Parmesan, lasagna and chicken Alfredo.i tasted his dish too and it was just ok. The lasagna wasn't the best. I'd say the best thing on his plate was the chicken Parmesan. His lasagna wasn't very hot at all. The inside looks nice upon first glance, but then when you get to your table you can tell it's a little dated. The cushions are cracking and the menus are falling apart. I wanted to try a dessert, but after just an eehhh lunch, I decided I should get dessert elsewhere. Would I be back? No I wouldn't.

It was excellent, chicken marseal and beef ravioli, was very good, waiter was great, I left with leftovers , that's a good thing

Venezia is hidden away in a strip mall older than me (I'm 40) next to a Chelinos that has been in the same storefront since I was an infant visiting my grandparents on Epperly. I was immediately greeted and tended to on a Monday night. There were only 5 tables full & I chose to sit at the bar to sip wine, watch basketball, eat Bruschetta & order take out for my folks at home. The house was filled with classic retro holiday music. The bar was generously stocked & I was delighted to be able to chose my favorite red for making sangria: Riuniti LumbruscoPeople started filing in around 6:15 PM & filling up the place. The house is thoughtfully designed for such an old storefront. I ordered the Tour of Venice - comprable to Olive Garden's Tour of Italy. I also ordered the Pasta Combo (manicotti, cannelloni, & lasagna with side salad) -- both to go.For dessert, I chose the Limoncello with Marscapone Service was top notch - will definitely return for a sit down meal

Lasagna was bad. So bad I felt sick later. We had three people in our party. The other two entrees came out 10 minutes before the lasagne. That was confusing because generally it's in a big pan and they just reheat it. It was a convenient stop but won't go back. The good was their bread!!! So good. The other entrees were good, just not lasagne and it's usually a safe bet.

Excellent food! Bread was fresh, warm and inviting. Entrees were excellently seasoned. Our waiter, Mark, was outstanding.

We were very pleasantly surprised. Del City's best kept secret!!! Their pasta is homemade and delicious!

Best Italian food this side of I-35. Always great food, service and pleasant atmosphere! Always a go to.
