You guys need a parking lot DRAINAGE SYSTEM for when it rains! 10/4/23 Water was to the hood of cars and my engine locked up on me from that water. It was so bad that staff had to make an announcement that the parking lot was flooding.

The Core Information You Need ReviewThis gym DOES accept the program silver sneakers and even has classes done by SilverSneakers at their location. This gym DOES have child care, and it is phenomenal. They are patient with the children and have tons of activities to keep their interests. They actually invest in their child care facility, unlike many other gyms.Their price point is fair, and childcare is an add-on.This gym has the most amount of amenities I've seen of any gym.PoolSauna Steam room Hot tub Basketball Court Racquet Ball CourtA fitness Cinema area, and yes, that is an actual cinema. Massage chairs, tanning beds, and they offer trainers and classes.Their equipment is nice. They have some equipment that I've only seen in LA Fitnessand PlanetFitness. Such as the Precore ab bench, the Chin/Dip assist, and back extension. The staff is actually friendly. Not like they're being paid to, but they're genuinely sweet people. That's a rarity. It's easy to see why it's packed all the time. It's a phenomenal gym!!!

First visit on a 3--day pass the gal with pink hair at the front desk was extremely rude, She's does NOT need to be working with customers. The pool was nice and clean, the spa/jacuzzi was a bare 90 degrees so basically not usable. No towels provided. I imagine most swimmers/water amenities users would gladly pay a bit more for towel supply. The steam room broken and under repair. Sauna worked well., dressing rooms clean and adequate. Definitely not handicapped friendly at entrance, only in restrooms.

This is currently my favorite/home gym in the OKC area. The pros: low cost, everything you need, convenient and well-lit location with good parking, ample showers, decent late and early hours. If you prefer free weights, there's a huge selection and I've rarely had to wait for the size I needed even when the place was packed. There's also a huge selection of cardio machines and plenty of them, so there's rarely a wait for a treadmill or elliptical. The pool, sauna, and hot tub (YESSS!) are clean and I've never seen them closed or out of service. The con: it's always busy, no towel service, basketball courts are frequently used for full-court so it's hard to just shoot around, membership options and cancellation/changes can be confusing, massive number of members and many have little understanding of gym etiquette. It's hard for me to get a quick workout in here because the facility is so large and there's almost always a wait for machines. The leg press is commonly used as a phone booth. People like to sit for a few minutes after each set rather than getting up and letting the next person squeeze in theirs. The bro culture is alive and well, and I've had some scrawny guy walk over from the other side of the turf to aggressively tell me I shouldn't be using one of the two back extensions because their girlfriend needed to use it IMMEDIATELY in a few minutes, I'm destroying her workout, and they had "reserved" it by setting their water bottles in the floor. I was over halfway done with my set by the time the dude made it over, so I just finished while he was raging. I've had several similar experiences at this place, so I usually go somewhere else if I'm in a bad mood or just want to get in and out quickly. Since there's no towel service and etiquette is poor, the sauna is absolutely gross- it's difficult to find a spot without a sweaty booty print. I've also found myself drying off with a t-shirt after forgetting to pack a towel.

I'm not from the area, but was in town visiting a special someone who took me to this world-class facility he'd come to love. VASA Fitness did not disappoint. They have it ALL. Not only did they have the usual machines commonly found at a typical gym, but they also had extra amenities such as an indoor pool & jacuzzi, a sauna, four water massage beds, a "cardio" theater with movies on a rotating schedule that you can watch while using ellipticals and treadmills, a huge studio room for group fitness and two additional dedicated Studio RED rooms for classes. That was a mouthful. All of the above, minus the Studio RED classes are are included in their basic membership ($10/month)--what a steal! For a little bit more per month, you get access to smaller, more intimate and more intense classes like cycling and HIIT. I'm a fan of taking classes because it saves me from having to do the legwork of planning a workout routine. I was able to secure a day pass for $15 and took both the cycling and HIIT class offered that night--totally worth it. The instructors are energetic, knowledgeable and super encouraging! Because these classes are smaller, you get more 1:1 time with the instructor as well. As if all that isn't enough to convince ya, the more expensive membership comes with routine weigh-in's so you can track your progress in the form of key metrics like BMI and body fat. The stats are broken down to a specific part of your body so you really understand what areas to target. You also get your very own myZone band--no more sharing those bands stained by the sweat of other gym-goers--that sync up with the screens used in the Studio RED classes. This means that you get real-time feedback on your performance and can track your heart rate, calories burned and myZone points earned!!!I'd happily endorse VASA anytime, even as a visitor. If getting into the best shape of your life is on your to-do list, VASA can help you get there!

Last week, I joined VASA.I initially set up a Studio account with my tax exemption. Two days later, I added an additional person to my account. I provided my tax exempt card and was advised that it was taken care of.The next day, I received an ACH draft for the additional person fee that included taxes. No one at the local gym couldn't assist me.I emailed back and forth with customer service for days; which was useless. She kept asking me to submit my tax exemption, again. If the regular membership is non-taxed; why wouldn't the additional person fee be tax exempt?I've reached out to the customer service phone number several times. The first two calls; the phone automatically hung up on me; while I was on hold. The third time. I had an option for a call back. It's now been seven hours. No one has called me. The fourth time that I called, I was on hold for over fourty minutes. I finally decided to opt to text their customer service. When I selected the option to text. The phone hung up on me. I've now allocated over 2 hours. And, still havent been assisted. This has been he!!.Overseas customer service is better than this. Both of the gym and amenities are nice. However, the Hot tub on the North side always has gross hairs, something resembling skin, etc. Floating around. It's sickening. They need to clean that more often. That can't be sanitary.

Cheep gyms in bad locations. I just got my locker robbed today. Had a lock and everything got my wallet taken and now I have to go through the process of getting all my cards and IDs replaced. Management was no help either they were mostly like "well that suck but there's very little we can do about it other than make an incident report about it"
