I bought two bottles of #28 yesterday, and just now looked close and saw the expiration date. I doubt you'll need these back since they're expired, so how do I set it up to go get free replacements?

Apparently the company has sold and there are new owners. Prices have more than doubled and quality has dropped. I have been purchasing here for more than five years and was 100% happy. Unfortunately I cannot say that now. I feel sorry for the staff That has to defend the new owners and their price increase. If you do go in there, be nice to the staff. It's not their fault they do not set the pricing. If I could give this less than one star I would.

I have been buying from Vapor World for a year now. I'm writing this review because I bought their Aqua Berry Blast for the past 12 months now so i know that flavor from the tip of my tongue. then they came out with an 85/15 blend which i ordered almost 2 gallons of it because i know that it is a good flavor. little did i know that they have changed the formulation and the nic level. the nicotine is too strong and the menthol flavor is gone. im trying to return the unused gallons and they wont take it back. it is like you sent me swamp water to vape and you cant even help your old and loyal client??? Is that how you guys do business there? what a shame! never coming back! and that Taryn... so rude!!!!!!!!! FYI I never say no to my clients. and you should too.Zero Star if they only have one!

If I can give this place no stars then I would. My husband goes here often for his vapor cigs and I've seen him walk out of there 3 times now completely pissed off. The have the worse customer service ever! They need 4 people helping out one person to test liquid flavors while they have people in line waiting to be helped. More than once has my husband asked someone for assistance but they are too busy standing around. I can't stand it when the employee sees you waiting for them and pretend they didn't see you at all. We will definitely not come back to this place ever again. We gave this place so many chances and every single time it's the same.

I received a reward for "1 free mod or starter kit". I went in and to the counter, asked what mods are included in the reward and the guy laughed at me and said it was a limited supply and first come first serve. I showed him the reward which did not mention any kind of limited supply and he laughed at me again and said that it was their mistake for not including that in the reward and that he has pissed off many customers today, all with a smile on his face. I told him that a mistake might be understandable but laughing at a customer that did not know this was limited was uncalled for and not a way to treat customers that you want to keep.I have never been made a joke of by a business that I have spent so much money at and referred so many people to. So disheartening after thinking I was doing good by supporting a local business.

The 29th and Douglas location is a clusterf**k. The people that "work" there are lazy and the day is long. No one actually seems to know anything other than how to stand around playing with their mods. When you ask about hardware they are always quick to say they don't have it in stock without ever looking. They just want to continuously upsell you on a new mod or new tank. And as far as their premium juice goes that can't even tell you what flavors they offer cause they honestly don't know.The picture I added is juice I started making with mail order ingredients. If you can make your own breakfast you can make your own juice and avoid these idiots. By the way. A bottle of juice that cost 19 bucks there I make for less than 2 bucks.

I bought a vape around Christmas and it gets hot when I charge it to the point it isn't safe. I have called and they don't answer their phone. I called the main company and someone was supposed to get back with me and noone did. Very disappointed!

Have done business here for roughly four years. There was a time where I would highly recommend Vapor World, but that's not the case anymore. Not really sure what has happened in the past year and a half or so. The customer service is slipping (pretty noticeably) and the store seems to have trouble keeping its product in stock. MWC is a bit out of the way, but I didn't mind because their service and stock used to be worth the extra drive time. Add in the "happy hour" sales, and the store was a good value for your money.Now? You're better off going somewhere else. Keep your store stocked on product. Today was another day where there was no available flavors/nicotine strengths I was requesting. One transaction may not be a big deal to Vapor World, but whatever, I'm done as a customer. I can find a more reliable store that's closer to me - or just go online. If you're looking for stuff, go during their happy hour sales. If they have what you're looking for, it's a good deal. Otherwise, keep moving.

It's wild that they shut their store down during business hours to do inventory. Every other place of business does their inventory after hours so it doesn't INCONVENIENCE CUSTOMERS. I will never understand this.

Two different purchases, two very big disappointments!!! Tell them exactly what you want for shipping, they do exactly what they feel like! 7 to 9 days to process an order from receiving it to delivering it, is outrageous! I can drive physically there in under 12 hours! And the kicker is I called them to have 2 day priority mail, they never listen and just DO as they please! Now I am doing as I please, not considering ordering from them again! And telling the world why!! You want loyal customers??? Then take care of them!! Keep abusing them and you will have NONE!UPDATE: To be open and fair, a Hannah(Rep from Vapor World) called to apologize for the confusion. We will start over and shall see future performance from them. The customer still is the one paying for goods and services. Lets try to keep it that way.
