Worst experience I've ever had making an order. If I could give them negative stars multiple times a day I would. I paid for 3 day shipping...it took 15days. I paid for a special edition vape...wasn't told it was sold out they just picked a color for me at random and shipped it out. I would never do business with them if I was local and will never order online again. And will be going out of my way to inform anyone how shitty this business is towards its customers and employees.

I have been ordering from this place for a couple of years. Recently I spent almost $200 to have several vape juices and coils sent to my home. I received 5 of of wrong items. I promptly reached out to have this problem fixed and even included a photo. They said there is "absolutely nothing" they can do until I spend my time and money to go to the post office and ship these items back. A few months ago I had the exact same issue and was issued a refund which is absolutely what should be done. This is not my error and I should not have to jump through hoops to get the items I ordered in the first place.DO NOT SHOP HERE. Don't waste your hard earned money to not have problems fixed.

Great shop! Super convenient, easy close parking. Knowledgeable and friendly service staff. Super comfortable couches to chill on. I picked up a 120ml on sale, and three atomizers for under 25 bucks. The Best!

This is my first visit, and to be honest, I probably won't be back a lot, since I'm a total loyalist to Captivape, but I must say, I was super impressed with the service, selection and willingness to go the extra mile. I explained the flavors I'm fond of, and the owner cusom-mixed me a joose that he tweaked until I was happy with -- never impatient or in a hurry. He even switched out my coil for me and gave me discount since this was my first visit! I would definitely recommend the shop - it's clean, clearly marked price-wise, and they strike me as the type to go above and beyond to please their customers. They also have a great selection of flavors and mods. If you're looking for a new vape shop, definitely check them out.

Came in here to pick up a squonking mod. Had the best selection out of 4 other stores. Micah was super knowledgeable and helpful, easily the best experience I've ever had at a vape shop.

Courtney was the best. Customer service is so important and she nailed it. She was knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and jUst all around made my experience so pleasant! This place was clean and well stocked. And Courtney was the cherry on top!
