I've been going here for about 3 years n it is a great place. Buy 1 get one for 1/2 off on the juice...knowledgeable staff willing to give suggestions on what juice to get...just recently had huge employee change,00 maybe new ownership? Anyway all the new staff is just as good as the old staff if not better. Love this place n so will you!

I've been going here for about 3 or 4 years now. I always get a great deal & information about anything they carry.The selection is wonderful whether you're searching for a new vape, mods, tanks, accessories & of course e-juices, salts, medical marijuana & accessories.The staff is always personable & friendly.If you like to vape fruit mixes I strongly recommend trying their house blends! Sweet tooth is my all time favorite!

As a new Vape user I was in and out trying to work the thing out. The staff were so nice, friendly and were always willing to help. Great shop, great staff, wouldn't go anywhere else. Well done guys.

I haven't been a customer long but I love the house sweet tooth juice! I bought a few small samples to try out & sweet tooth was recommended. So far the staff I've encountered is very knowledgeable about the products they sell & their juices. The sweet tooth has been the same each time I purchase it. The staff is attentive, personable,& friendly despite being busy. They make you feel comfortable, which I greatly appreciate!! I don't go anywhere else!

was here last Thursday morning at 715 am, and a week later this morning. This place states they're open at 7am, which only seems true on some days. I get off work at 7 am and thought it was nice having a place so close to work on the way home, but it's total guess work.

I bought a elf bar last night. 30 minutes into having it, the vape kept firing. The shops I've been to in Norman and Dallas and Bethany will just switch it out for you because their product is faulty. The guy said "yeah there's nothing we will do. Sorry". Basic customer service, fuck it. Go else where.

Honestly I was looking for a vape but after reading these reviews I wouldn't dare waste my time or money at a place that can't even back themselves up when they have faulty product, take care of your customers or someone else will.

Went in with my gf who needed a new esco bar. She asked the girl behind the counter if she could try it before we left. She said sure go ahead. Historically from experience, most shops tell you to try before you leave to make sure the coil is working properly and will swap you out if there are any issues. We have seen it happen before. After trying it and she realized it was burnt and there was zero flavor meaning there's most likely was an issue with the coil. The woman behind the counter was like "oh yeah it's burnt, I can tell from the smell."She looked at her co-worker, the guy behind the counter and he said "yeahhh we don't switch out vapes so there's nothing we can do." My gf said even when it's completely burnt? It has zero flavor." He said "Yeah sorry we don't do returns here"I was looking at pens on the other side of the store, as soon as I heard this we walked out with her crappy new vape and I went to a different shop to take my business elsewhere. If you come here hopefully you walk out with working product because if there is a problem, you're screwed.

Vapor express does not stand behind its products. I purchased a vapor pipe and brought it back the next morning because it leaked like a sieve. The employee attempted to tighten the glass bowl and told me to try it again. I took it back home and it leaked just as bad. There was no way to use it as the juice poured down the sides. I made another trip to the store and the employee said it could not be fixed but that all sales were final. I could not exchange the pipe or get credit toward another pipe. My only option was to buy another pipe. Needless to say, I chose not to purchase anything else from them and instead went down the street to a vape store that had a 30 day guarantee on their merchandise. Buyer beware when you shop at Vapor Express!

Best vape shop in Edmond a lot of the reviews are just haters and don't know anything about vapes. 10/10 store with super handsome staff and spectacular customer service. If you're not coming here for your vapor needs you are wack as hell bottom line period
