I've spent more money then i'd like to admit at this place and after my experience tonight I won't be coming back

They have no idea how to interact with new customers. They expect you to know as much about what's in THEIR store as they do. Zero information is given about any new product you ask about. They'll sell you batteries they don't even have coils for. This store is a waste of time and you will leave unhappy and frustrated with your purchase 9 out of 10 times.
