I went to your current location at 5943 nw 23rd st. I love the decorations being a huge horror fan, however I will not back to the store. I went on 12/15 around 2pm and had the worst experience ever. Absolutely horrible customer service. Stephanie at the counter did not know her merchandise, nor how to work the cash register, and had the worst attitude ever. She made me and my girlfriend feel like we were bothering her by asking questions about the tanks and the vape juice and continuously responded to our inquiries with rude answers. We bought 2 tanks for Christmas presents because of a 20% off discount. We decided to trade one of the tanks we purchased for a larger one (before we left the store) and she rang us up the wrong dollar amount. We told her politely the amount was in error and she was very disrespectful and condescending. Before letting us explain to her the error, she rudely said "Do you want to call my boss?" We said no, let us explain. We literally had to write out the correct amounts on the receipt with a pen and do the math for her to show the amount charged was wrong and when we had proven our figures were correct she said "Do YOU want to talk to my boss?" I also had to ask for her name twice, she didn't originally give it because she knew she had been rude. I only wanted friendly customer service and to be charged the correct amount. So sad, because a few months ago a nice young guy behind the counter was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If you want a Nightmare, go to Family Video and rent Nightmare on Elmstreet... but steer clear of this store... at least until they have better customer service.

So I used to order nightmare by the drip from this company with awesome service. My last order of almost 100.00 never arrived. Was told twice on the phone it was shipped shippingday switched each time I spoke with them). Now I've called for days and noone picks up and it will no longer let me leave a message. It used to, but now it says I'm not allowed. I will be filing fraud charges on this merchant.

Awesome store and awesome value. The owner is cool as shit and gave us a really good deal on some vapes as we were passing through OKC. 10/10

I've noticed a lot of vape stores are getting fake Hyde mods and this is one of them. The legit brand has the logo on mouth piece and both sides. You can see the light on the bottom when charging. You can't on a legit one. If y'all are a so called vape store then how about you stop being rip offs and screwing people with fake shit
