Still 5 stars because some of the baristas make a double cortado over ice correctly, but for the ones who think it's a double americano and treat a customer like an idiot when corrected.....A cortado only has steamed milk, while a americano is diluted with water and milder. I still will be frequenting! And fighting the good fight for the cortado. Great place.

I like coming here with friends to catch up! They have nice seating. The coffee house is located in a strip mall which shares all the parking. It can look full pretty much any time of day. I once ordered a chai latte, and it wasn't mixed very well. I summoned up the courage to ask them to redo it, and they actually asked me what was wrong so that they could alter how they made it. That made me feel so heard and special. They said something about how the mix doesn't always respond to hand mixing so they did a different blender method and it was much better after that!I liked their sausage, edd, and biscuit sandwich for breakfast. It's a little greasy from butter so keep some napkins on hand, and the biscuit just falls apart. Very good. I didn't like the flavor of their matcha latte one time when I got it, so I wouldn't recommend that. Their waffles were yummy and make for a fun breakfast date. I'll keep coming back when I'm in the area!

We stopped in the area for dinner and, as it was over 102 degrees with a 20mph wind, decided to follow up with a cool treat. Vacca offered about 10 flavors of ice cream ranging from your regular chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry to salted caramel and brown butter pecan. As I am gluten-free, I asked if any flavors were GF. Initially, the staff member said none were GF, but she then called someone and confirmed that one flavor was. So, I ordered a scoop of the brown butter pecan, and my partner got that plus strawberry. The flavor and texture were good; it hit the spot on a hot day. The coffee shop has a coffee shop vibe. In addition to the ice cream, they have tons of flavored syrup for coffee and baked goods. There is ample seating if you want to chat, read a book, or get some work done.

Met here with a friend after church and it was a great spot. Food was good and our specialty chai lattes were great! This is a great spot to meet up with friends. Plenty of space to grab a table and not be crowded with other guests.

Great coffee, friendly staff, and nice place to sit and enjoy time with friends. A couple of friends and I stopped by here to hang out for the morning. We were able to sit at one of their big tables and enjoy some good coffee. The staff is always so pleasant and accommodating! Today I had their caramel brûlée latte with oatmilk and a sausage and egg croissant. Both were excellent! I think you'd love this privately owned coffee shop that obviously takes pride in the items they offer their customers

I LOVE VACCA!! The staff is all super friendly and funny! I have always gotten great tasting coffee from them and I love exploring the cute shop next door!

Amazing food and coffee. The atmosphere is great and the staff extremely kind! Everything is fresh and tasty, best place for a quick bite while supporting local businesses.

I got an iced vanilla latte and it was amazing, I also got a bacon egg and cheese croissant and it was very good. The service was great, the girl that took our order was very sweet. The overall vibe of the place was very nice, clean, and seems like it would be a great place to work or study! There is also a lot of different areas to sit. I definitely recommend trying it!!

Very cozy atmosphere, delicious coffee and the ice cream was amazing. Friendly customer service and I'm sure the bakery items are delicious will have to try them next trip.
