Overpriced, did a terrible job on my nails, and my granddaughter, 85 .00 later leaving with not so happy finished product.my nai color I picked was Christmas Red, I ended up with a orange color!

Oh wow! I haven't had a set of nails for at least 15 years. I called at 3:49 pm requesting a 4 o'clock appt and was there at 3:55. I was first sent to a young man who helped me make sure I got what I wanted, then he gave me to Kayla. She is hands down by far the best manicure with full set of pink n whites, not one mistake! I liked her so much I made my follow up appt. Looks like I've found my spot! Do yourself a favor and go see Kayla! Thank you!!!!

Charged $85.00 for a set I did not ask for. I felt rushed in and rushed out. The lady that I typically go to was busy, so I made an appointment here and will not be making that mistake again. My nails were separating from the acrylic, the surface was bumpy and constantly looked dirty because of the small holes in the surface, and the dip was way too large and clumpy on top. I have very slim hands but these nails made my fingers look abnormal. I had several comments on them that they looked like eggs. Not impressed.

do not recommend my nails were horrible they were bumpy and very uneven shape wise the lettering was so crooked the girl was judgy so was the guy i was laughed at and mocked. i was talked about in Vietnamese (they didn't know i knew vietnamese until i responded) he then got irritated when i left no tip. the lady was very bad at design it wasn't even in the middle of the my nail very off to the side wouldn't recommend AT ALL i wish i could give no stars but sadly that's not an option

My son and 2 friends came in to get their nails done and they were laughed at and mocked the entire time they were there, 1 of the girls was unhappy with the outcome of her nails (which is understandable, seeing as whoever did them should NOT be doing specialty nails) and was laughed at.. They were rude and showed no compassion towards them and should not be working in a customer service capacity.

I've tried this place a few of times and have been disappointed each time. They have you select colors based on samples that are old and faded so the color you pick doesn't look like what you get. When I asked to pick another color the girl doing my pedicure was clearly irritated. She was hateful, not interested in doing a good job and spent less than two minutes exfoliating my feet. At the end of the pedicure, she lifted up my feet to remove the towel and smeared the polish. She acted like she didn't see it so she didn't have to fix it.

I have been here a total of three times. My first experience was AMAZING one of the best pedicures I have gotten... the kicker I was with my mom and she even told me that she loved it also. The second time I went I got dip nails with design.It took over 4 hours and the design lasted about a week before it started to come off but I am hard on my nails so I figured it was me. This last time I went I got checked in and seated with one lady picked out my gel polish for my pedicure and then a different lady sat down and did my pedicure. First problem was I did not get gel and when I told her as she started the regular polish she said she could not do it. I did not argue because it was not worth my time. I also got a dip manicure which I asked for square shape but rounded edges, I got very uneven oval nails. I prefer short nails and i asked to go shorter multiple times and she said that is as short as she could get them. They lasted me a week before I had to sand them down and dip them myself because I could not handle the length or the shape. I also left the salon with dip powder caked to my cuticles. I think if I would have gone the next two times with my mom I might have had a different experience. With this being said I would not enter a nail salon if I did not have the money to pay for them and tip well so just because I am young does not mean I should get treated differently.

First time getting my nails done in Stillwater and this place did not disappoint!!! I always expect the worst when I get acrylics because my nails are so insanely small but Anna was so so thorough and kind and asked me multiple times throughout the process if I was liking the nails so far. Love this place. Will definitely be back.

Great place. friendly staff, great service. they even let us in a little early when they saw us waiting in the parking lot until they opened. would definitely recommend.
