Amazing customer service! Been using them for years to periodically update ribbon rack. Sent in for an update last week but was notified of the passing of a team member on Tuesday. I called Ultra Thin on estimated return timeline before I purchased an interim ribbon rack for my service dress. They rushed the order and had it in the mail the next day (Wednesday), and I just received them Thursday afternoon in preparation for the memorial tomorrow. WOW on amazing customer service, for less than the interim rack would've cost me to ship! Many thanks to your team for the support... customer for life!!

I have trusted Ultra Thin during my 30 year Navy career for good reason - they have delivered always on extraordinary ribbons that are incredibly thin, perfectly placed as well as professionally & perfectly arranged. Their ribbons look spectacular!I have had great success in the early days of mailing in my order form and even today via online orders as well as the good old fashioned pick up the phone and call. Ultra Thin reps are supremely helpful and will go out of their way to deliver a quality product that you will be 100% pleased with.I highly recommend Ultra thin if you are in the market for getting a ribbon set (or sets) that are professionally made for military ribbons and medals.

I recently retired and had a few awards to update on my ribbon rack since I still conduct military funeral honors. I was not sure about how the product would look since using the website to order is really not an easy method. There are no images of Any of the state medals and ribbons. I added a very clear description to my order. Called customer service after I placed it on line and then sent in a photo of the final ribbon rack to make sure every item was where it needed to be and what each medal was. They did reply to my email confirming the clarification but never sent a notice it was being shipped. They took my credit card payment and it took three weeks for the item to arrive. When I got it, it was made incorrectly. I did everything to make sure it was done correctly and all my correspondence was never followed. Tried calling to leave a message but even their inbox was disabled. Extremely disappointing as I had a different company do my previous item on line and they did it right the first time. I needed this item last week so now all this waiting and money was a waste of time.

Ok, I'm a 26 year Marine...and, some time when I was a major I decided to stop glueing all my ribbons together...either that or there were too many. I had seen someone with Ultra Thins on and thought, "Yes, this is good." Well, I rotate three sets of ribbons after every PCS and, I can honestly say, the service has been nothing short of superior. From filling out the paperwork, to consulting their website, to calling and talking with one of the service people...they are on it and they always make your ribbons look great. My most recent experience compelled me to write...in less than a week, I received a phone call from one of their service folks on my cell...informing me that the job was complete, the cost (very, very reasonable), and that they would send me a tracking number (which they did). I will (and have been) recommending their services to any and all who want to forgo the hassle of making their own "racks". Some simply prefer to do it...and they are very good at it; but, for those of us that want to get them done professionally, no one does it better. 5 stars, for sure.

Great experience. Received medals about 1 week after payment. They look sharp. Wish I would have done this 5 years ago. A couple pieces of feedback. Make the online order system account for medals already owned and give an option to purchase more than 2 racks. I needed 3 so had order via email. Still very easy and I was able to be helped by a very friendly customer service agent. If you could log in save your rack for the future that would be nice too but not a game changer. It would be nice to be able to do the order from start to finish on line. Will continue to use ultrathin.com for the rest of my career!Scott

Outstanding customer service for the last ten years! Typically when you need to order a new rack it's because you're about to be wearing your Service Dress, and most of the time you are only given one-two weeks notice. UltraThin.com has come through for me every time and even during the holidays. And their racks speak for themselves. I'll be back for at least another five years. Thank you!

So grateful for this company! Here's why: I had a great mini-medal rack made by them and then learned that instead of buying a whole new rack when awarded new medals, I could simply send my rack back to them and they would adjust them. They would reuse the actual medals and then put new ribbon on, rebuilding the new rack. So I had to have a single medal added this time, second to highest precedence. Well guess what? I sent in my rack, assuming they would rebuild the whole thing (all 4 rows) and appropriately charge me. I was perfectly fine with that. But then they actually only redid the top row where the change was actually made and essentially saved me half the cost! Such common sense! They were in great shape and totally usable just by rebuilding the top row...and that's what they did! They saved me over $40! I'm just so grateful for this. Never questioned the quality or beauty of their product. Unquestionable! And now I'm just so happy with their business practices, giving their customers the best available deal, too! (They could have redone all 4 rows. And I would have paid. But they didn't have to so they didn't and I saved a bunch of money!). I used ultra thin while I was stationed in Oklahoma, and I used them sense I have gotten to Illinois. I have a total of 3 current racks and three previous racks. They are the best quality of the thin ribbons, if I am marching in the ribbons I have not had anything fall off, where I have seen some of my peers struggle with qualityMy closest incident involved shipping and they took care of me 100 percent. Customer service and quality second to none!

Best ribbon racks ever. Been coming here for several years. They sell lots of other military accouterments too.
