Two Guys’ Pies

This is a local gem food truck, in Ada, that offers great artisan pizza. I visited on a Friday for lunch. You can find their setup location by following them on social media. Today they were located right on Main Street with plenty of surrounding parking to pick up and go. There is no outdoor seating, but my order was still hot and fresh after taking it home. I tried the Jalapeno Popper Pizza and a combined Half Buffalo/Half BBQ Chicken Pizza.The Jalapeno Popper version was great, their dough is oven fired with a great char on the crust that provides a nice base. The toppings were plentiful and really filling. The Jalapenos definitely had a little spice but for me it was pleasant and I generally do not handle extreme spice. The cheese topping was creamy and almost had a "smoked" flavor to it that added some great depth and complexity.The next one I tried was the Buffalo Chicken, this is a classic combination of sauce and protein and it lives up to the standard that you would expect.My favorite bite however was the BBQ Chicken. I really enjoyed the BBQ sauce flavor which had some sweetness that was really nice and balanced well with the spicy jalapeno flavor from the other pie.Service was great, I arrived right when they opened for business and they were able to knock out my order in a few minutes.I would definitely recommend you check out this Pizza Food Truck if you're in the area!

Visited 2 Guys at The Lot. The ingredients were high quality and cooked perfectly. Had the Supreme, Chicken Alfredo, and a slice of Buffalo Chicken. Everyone loved them.
