Hello everyone. Thought I would update this review.It has been a yr since our move to OKC. It has also been a yr and still no word from Tuscany Village concerning the refund of my application fee. I have had no word from their office or the Corp. office. Yeah, pretty sad.I did drive by last week. Just to view the apts. I am very glad to announce that I saved myself a LOT of stress and anguish. The complex leaves a lot to be desired. Not that it did to begin with. The appearance had not been improved. Happy to have dodged THAT bullet. So, to end this Update .. if you are considering TUSCANY VILLAGE as a possible location to rest you head, please make sure to do your due diligence and look closely at this complex.Good Luck.

This has been to worse apartment complex/management company I have ever lived in. I have spent 20 years in the military living in different states etc. Wehner Multifamily LLC, which owns 18 properties in the Oklahoma City area are slum lords' management company. Their leadership is about making money and not the needs of the tenants. I first moved to an apartment complex they managed called Adams Crossings. First problem was the property manager moved from the apartment they showed a friend of mine because I was out of state without notifying me that they were doing that. I only found out because I need to setup my cable and the cable company couldn't find the address I was providing them. The next issue was my AC was broke from the second I moved in, which showed me no one went through and checked the apartment prior to my moved in date. The property manager was unable to give me a date when the part was going to be in. Issue number 3 was I was promised a washer and dryer and my apartment and I kept getting different dates on when the appliance would show up. I would wait in my apartment all day because the leasing office couldn't be bothered to give me an ETA. 4 Issue, roach problem. 5th issue, water damage to my wall in my living room from a leaking sink upstairs in my bathroom. Due to the water damage, mold was forming. 6th issue, sink leaking in kitchen. 7th issue, they had the wrong size refrigerator was put in the kitchen and I was given the run around when the correct refrigerator was delivered. Again, the leasing office doesn't communicate so it's a surprise when someone just shows up at your door with an appliance. My last issue was there maintenance staff damaging a shelf and a pic of mine when they brought me the correct refrigerator. I moved into this complex on July 27th 2018 and I had to force a transfer out of there to a different apartment complex that Wehner Multifamily owed. The only reason why I was transferred was because I had to force there hand. On August 17, 2018 I was transferred to Tuscany Village apartments. Tanya Woods (regional manager) paid to have me transferred. Initially I was happy to be moved, but I soon found out that this apartment complex is by far worse then Adams Crossing. Jensine Ramirez made sure I'd remember her from Tuscany Village's leasing office. Let's just say, her attitude towards tenants is childish. From day 1, there had to be issues. You'd think because I was transferred from one of their other complexes they'd try to be accommodating. Jensine made sure that I would be as uncomfortable living there as she could. Issue 1, paint splatters all over the nice hardwood floors they put in my apartment. It took me going over to the leasing office 3x for them to finally send someone to clean up the floors. Issue 2, the front door did not fit. I had 8 inch gap from the floor to the bottom of the door that was completely exposed to outside bugs getting in. That also took me 3x of going to the office for them to finally put another door that fit properly. Issue 3, my fenced in area by my front door were missing fence post. Strangely but true, that was the first thing maintenance. Issue 4, the washer/dryer that was included in my lease was broke. Again, no communication from management when I put the request in, someone showed up to my apartment with the wrong size appliances. Then almost 2 weeks later I finally get the washer/dryer replaced without the leasing office informing me that someone was coming. Issue 5, the biggest issue out of them all. The apartment they put me in was infested with knats/fruit flies. On a daily bases, I was killing probably 100 a day from August 17th to September 27th (the day I moved out). Not once did they ever have pest control show up to spray my place. I went to the leasing office and complained 7x and submitted 3 work orders and had a face to face conversation with Jensine, the property manager, and Tanya Woods (regional manager). Jensine likes to give out recommendations on how to use home remedies to get rid of knats. Those remedies don't work when you are infested with them. And my last issue with this apartment complex was a window falling and breaking. On September 4th I put a request in for my broken window, and bam 23 days later it was still not fixed nor was it ever looked at by anyone from the maintenance staff. From promises from the regional manager (Tanya Woods), property manager, and Jensine Ramirez not following through on them. The problem is definitely the leadership with the company and it shows in the staff. Once, Tanya Woods deemed me a "complainer" she stopped answering my emails and the property manager was always busy. I would not recommend this property or any property that Wehner Multifamily owns. FYI, I know for a fact that deals are being made to current tenants to write them a good review online for a discount $200 of there next months rent.

I was very excited to move here. I came from 2 hours away so I came 1 weekend applied, then came the next weekend and did the walk through of the actual unit, and was told I would be getting the move in special of $250. So I went ahead and paid the $100 holding fee why I prepped my job transfer. So the day of move in I'm told that my window is busted out my apartment and I cant move in, I didnt have anywhere to go and I started work the next day so I had to move in. So they put a board in the window, then when they were going through my lease I was told that I didnt get the move in special and that I needed $585 more dollars to move in. The manager worked something out where they gave me 2 weeks to come up with it. That was just day 1. Day 2 I realised that my fridge didnt get cold at all so my groceries spoiled, took them a week and half to bring one then they left it on my porch for me to move myself. The broken fridge sat on my porch for 2 weeks before I demanded they take it. I had no racks inside my oven for 3 weeks. Instead of just bringing racks they left an entire oven on my porch which is still there and I've been here for a month. And the mice OMG!!! I've caught 5 mice in 1 month! I'm not use to rodents and bugs this place has all of that. I hate it. They still havent sent an exterminator out although the leasing agent claims they did. They keep saying they have no extra key to my house even though I personally watch them make it. This is honestly the worse place I've stayed in my life. The renovations on the inside of the apartment are nice and I have high ceilings and that's the only good things I have to say.... do not.... I repeat do not stay here.

I have lived here six months and have fallen in love with the management. Everyone here is super nice and will go out of there way to make you happy!!!

I would only recommend this place if you were my enemy. Don't go out after dark unless you wanna be shot. Perfect place if you want bugs, trashy neighbors, horrible management, and tons of maintenance issues that go unattended.

RUN!! The only good thing good is the internet you can add in to your rent.Don't move here yes the apartment sizes are decent but literally everything else is horrible. I moved here from Edmond to be closer to my job which is less than five mins away. First their are mice, and roaches i noticed holes in the corners and under the sinks when i first moved in and put rat poison in them.which of course didn't stop them from coming in. After being here less than a week i called the office and told them I've kiileed 3 mice in four days they sent out pest control who put 2 mouse traps in my kitchen then left.. which haven't caught any in the last 7 months that I been here. I hear gun shots randomly in the middle of the night even during the night. Someone's tried to break in my car on several occasions. I bought Adt just to be able to feel comfortable at night

The WORST PLACE EVER !!!!! I have mold,plumbing's issues and tried talking to the office and nothing they do not ever answer the phone they got mad I called them out today and they hung up on me!!! They are trying to charge me 2 different charges for rent they do nothing but LIE the whole office is unprofessional! They won't give me my spare key! I'm pregnant and now pushing to sue this is the worst place ever and you will regret it they are nothing but bs !

6720 Decon Ave apt. 140 has MAJOR flooding and plumbing issues. The toilet & both sinks back up 1-3 times A WEEK. Manager doesn't do anything at all, doesn't care for the tenants. Regional managers are rude & hang up on you. Don't reply to you. The owner doesn't even care for this shit hole. DONT MOVE HERE. maintenance never comes & don't know how to fix anything! Trash is everywhere. Glass broken everywhere. Maintenance has walked into my apartment without knocking or fixing anything 4 times! They just walk into my apartment and say "oh sorry" and leave!!!
