Tulsa RV Ranch and Rodeo

My parents stayed here while visiting over Labor Day weekend; this was at the end of a 6 week RV journey across country and this was the worst park they have ever stayed in. First of all, the water was brown. And not just when they first turned it on to clear the pipes; it was consistently brown.No one was in the office and when the manager did call, she never gave them the code for the bathrooms or showers. Therefore, they will never stay here again.

Rented a $600 cabin for a month. Put a $200 deposit down a month prior to arrival. We were told the deposit would be refunded 3-5 days after departure. Once my daughter arrived, the heat didn't work. Temperatures were in the 30's, in a cabin that is not insulted and it took over a week to get heat. The manager was very rude about the situation. They claim they have WiFi that never worked. We chose this facility for the fact that it had WiFi as it was needed for school purposes. The park was a muddy mess. The cabin was filthy when she arrived, mold in the a/c unit and floors she had to clean herself that appeared had never been mopped. No light bulbs in the front entrance to the cabin porch light. For a young female, a lighted entry would be nice. All it needed was a bulb. Took NUMEROUS phone calls, excuse after excuse to get a the deposit back after leaving. The manager, Casey Lillegaard was so rude about the issue and even hung up on my husband. A MONTH later we had to drive 90 miles back to pick up the deposit. We told her what time we would arrive and she was conveniently not there when we got there to pick up the check. She sent someone else to bring the check after waiting over a half an hour. While waiting we were also advised that this happens all the time.

Very disappointed. When we checked in, we were not told about any of the amenities; we weren't even given a map of the facility. It appeared the amenities possibly weren't available but we should have been told. There was nothing on the website indicating they weren't available. Food items in the shop were out of date. The steakhouse is overrated. The highlight of the place seems to be the junk yard. We will not return.

This campground was OK the showers and restrooms were nice and clean just needed some shade when it was so hot there. If I was passing through Tulsa again I probably would stay there.

This review is for the steakhouse. NO ACCOMMODATION for seafood allergies. SHAME ON YOU for not even trying.

So first. Let's address some of the other posts. I don't believe brown water, parents has the right RV Ranch. We have been here for 4 months after relocating from Canada, (my wife is American). The water is clear all of the time. There are no security codes on the showers or laundry. There is however on the main meet and greet centre. We have never had more accommodating, professional, positive hosts before. The facilities are clean, as is the rest of the site. About 1/3 of the sites are treed or have some shade. We scoured and visited all of the RV sites and this one is by far the best. DON'T HESITATE. CALL CASEY AND BOOK A SPOT.
