TS Heat & Air

They came out to replace the part and it was the wrong part. The tech was very professional and friendly and apologized more than once. He said the good news was that it was not the motor he thought it was at first and that the other part (the Induced Draft Assembly) would be cheaper than the one he had brought. Said it should run about $300 or so. Today I get a call from the girl in the office saying the new part installed would be $667. I asked for a detailed account of the costs and this is the reply "We do not charge for repairs on a time and material basis. All repair fees are generated using flat rate service pricing which is the industry standard." I told her that the tech said it should be about $300 or so and her response was "they don't know prices." NEVER AGAIN. NEVER!

Wouldn't come out for an emergency call since I wasn't their current customer. They are short handed on techs and not taking new clients.

Have had an annual maintenance agreement in place for a few years now. Great service, always professional and courteous. Had a glitch in the scheduling and was supposed to have the spring AC check last Friday - but they were a no call/no show.Called this morning, they apologized, had someone out today to perform the AC check. Jason was very thorough and professional.I will be renewing my maintenance contract for another year.

Air conditioning was out for two weeks,after numerous estimates I chose TS heat and air. What can I say,very professional,on time,great communication. Gabriel came out and did the estimate,he made me feel like one of his family members. The day of installation Carl called to let me know he was on the way,on time. Carl and his crew were fast and true to detail,they did a professional job. They cleaned up their mess and didn't even break for lunch. I'm so grateful that I have air and that they treated my home like their own.

TS Heat and Air were very helpful. They came out to evaluate my needs and we established the most important elements of my air conditioning to address first based on my budget. They gave me several options for pricing. After I chose the option that best fit my needs and budget they scheduled my instal. The technicians were very thoughtful and were available to answer my questions. The upstairs is so much cooler and my electric bill is lower.GREAT JOB!

We had TS replace our 20 year old systems! I would highly recommend them! They are very nice people to deal with they delivered quality and fair pricing. They replace our two units completely and we are very happy with the final results. Carl R.

Had their sticker on my heating unit. We knew what the problem was, the heating element was out, the part was listed $35.99 (the most expensive one), we were charge $109.00 as diagnostic charge plus $179.00 as "repairs". Total bill $288.00. Will not use them at all in the future..

The circuit board on my system shorted out and also burned up the fan. As a result, I had no heat for the last couple of days. TS is an honorable and reputable company. Instead of just selling me a new board and fan, they checked to see if the warranty was still good on my equipment - even though they were not the original installer! This saved me over $2000. Chris Boese is the technician I always ask for. He is knowledgeable and very courteous. He sticks with the job until he resolves the issue. I would recommend this company for any of your repair needs.

Excellent response, everything they did was done efficiently. Great service attitude by Jerry and Travis. The estimated cost was accurate. Will continue to utilize them.
