Love the people at Truman's. I've had them repair a horse blanket and a courier bag. They are incredibly talented. Turn-around time is super quick. They're also wonderful people to visit with.

I had purchased a table with four chairs and a bench a few years ago at a yard sale. I scored really well. But the four Windsor chairs were very loose. After a lot of Internet research and calling different individuals It was recommended that I give Truman's a call.After speaking with Truman I brought my four chairs in and the quote I was given was Very fair considering all the work involved. It took a few weeks and it was well worth it. The chairs are in great shape and I'm sure I'll get many years out of them before they need to be tightened again.They are very friendly, and know what they're doing. There is a wide selection of upholstery fabric, foam, and anything that is needed to bring old furniture back to life. I am very excited to be able to have quality piece is fixed and or updated. I just dropped off a chair that may be from the 50s or 60s. Truman helped me select a new fabric for it and I'm very excited to see what happens with this chair.This is a great place if you are wanting to have an heirloom item brought back to its pristine condition or mixed things up. If you're a fan of yard sales and want to make a piece really special Come here with an open mind and you will be well rewarded. I'm just excited to see old pieces of furniture having such care.

I had them replace the foam in 2 sofa cushions. They were so good in helping me decide which foam to use. I dropped the cushions off and they were ready that same morning! My sofa feels like new again! Great service, great work, great price. I highly recommend them!

We had to replace the foam in our sofa cushions and Truman's had just what we needed. They got it done in less than a day. Everyone there was so helpful. The price was very reasonable. I can see why they've been in business for decades! Definitely recommend!

This place is amazing. They saved a very old upholstered armchair that belonged to my grandmother. We were going to dispose of the chair but decided to have Truman and his staff look at it first. It is absolutely stunning! Can't thank them enough.

Very unsatisfied and frustrated with the customer service from this location. Dropped off a leather cushion and ottoman to be evaluated, and ultimately decided not to proceed with the service. Went to pick up my products, and they had been thrown away/lost. All they could tell us was they would check their other warehouse and would call if they found it. That was a over month ago and no one has reached out. When trying to pick up my possessions they claimed that they never had been received and had no receipts of the past phone calls or estimates I was given. This place is very unorganized and doesn't keep track of orders properly. Now my custom, vintage wooden chair that was in a Doris Day movie is missing it's cushion, AND the ottoman that had no issues other than to match the fabric to the cushion is no where to be found and will never be replaced. Very frustrating.
