The service and tutorial on care of the Orchid was way above and beyond. They could have just sold me the Orchid and let me walk out the door...but...they offered to take me out back and have their expert give me a mini course on how to maintain the Orchid. I will definitely be going back for future flower purchases

Very pleased with the bouquet delivered to my favorite teacher as she headed in to surgery! I had requested it be delivered prior to her surgery start time of 4pm and it was! She absolutely loved it and her daughter provided this photo. I'm very satisfied with the service and the beautiful bouquet! Thank you!

My MIL had major back surgery, so my husband and I wanted to send her flowers bc we live in a different state. I searched online and found great reviews for Trochta's and they did not disappoint! Within a couple of hours of me calling to request an arrangement, it was deliver to the hospital and my MIL went nuts. They're absolutely gorgeous! Thank you!!

I have long purchased (Kansas City-made) Trapp candles -- they're simply THE BEST.Always glad to find the Trapp scents I love at Trochta's right here in Oklahoma City!

I will be ordering from Trochta's from now on!! I purchased an arraignment of flowers 4 days ago and some of the flowers became wilted the following two days. I called the store and spoke to Cassie, who asked me to email a few pictures of the flowers. After emailing the pictures, I was told I would be receiving a replacement/redo free-of-charge.I appreciate their exceptional customer service, and as I said above, I'll be going there from now on for all of my flower needs.

No , I can not recommend this business. Spent 180.00 dollars on flowers to be sent to my sister when her boyfriend passed away very suddenly. She lives in Florida and I know they do not have much control what another florist does in another state but the business manager expressed no sympathy or even a apology other than asking me what do you want me to do about it ?I than asked for a partial refund and she told me I can give you 10 percent off which I accepted because well it was obvious that was the best I was going to get .

Absolutely blown away by the quality and beauty of flowers I ordered for delivery to my family member. Very quick same day delivery. I will be using this company again in the future!

Trochta's ruined my wedding several years ago. I took one of my bridesmaids dresses in to a meeting with them to show them my wedding colors...Tiffany Blue and Coral. They were too cheap to order coral ribbon and wrapped my bridesmaids bouquets in HOT PINK satin ribbon. Put PURPLE hydrangeas in everything NOT the blue I requested. I even had a wedding planner they should have been working closely with. THOUSANDS of dollars wasted. Do not trust them with your special day.

Ordered funeral spray on pretty short notice, but these folks put together a beautiful spray and delivered it with time tospare!! So easy to communicate, too!!

I called from out of state requesting a bouquet to lift my sisters spirits as she is recovering from knee surgery. I named my price and let the designer choose the flowers. I called just before noon and they had it delivered by 2:00. The arrangement was gorgeous! They knocked it out of the park. Thank Trochta's!
