Tried in earnest to use their membership and included services, but every single service call turned into multiple visits with bad installations, thermostats left not working after "technicians" left, ruined carpets and flooring, and many many phone calls along the way.Any time they'd appear, I ended up spending entire days managing the incompetence of Triple Play. Don't be lured in. Call someone smaller and more local who's not spending money on fancy trucks and billboards.They can't keep people, either. I don't think I ever saw the same bozo twice. Not to mention their prices are ridiculously higher than everyone else's, even with the "discounts" included. Take your money and business elsewhere--to someone more competent.

Integrity is not their deal. Use them if you have money to throw away. My opinion is they are not reputable, would not provide a detailed estimate, talked down to us, only "professional company " I have ever led off of my property. Won't refund our future service agreement that's paid for . Not cool

We called up Triple Play for a Tenant's place in SW OKC. The heater would not get hot and will shut off.. It was a frigid day with temperatures in the 20s. The tenant had to leave but the technician said that he could do everything from the garage. The technician never entered the house. They were able to send someone that day to check, so that is a pro, hence the 2 star vs 1 star review.The quotes were provided for multiple options ranging from a few hundred dollars to $3000. It was very confusing as each quote seemed to indicate different parts added on that needed to be replaced, like one has the gas valve controller ($389 + $849= $1338), universal inducer fan( $775), pressure switch ($338) . The issue seemed to stem from an apparent failure of the control board?) Of course there was no guarantee or warranty on this and there was a push to replace the entire system. The last option was a whole new furnace at $5000.There is a $99.95 service call. On their website it states $0 Service Call.I was able to swing by later, plug in the furnace and do a quick scan and saw that the air flow filter in the garage was filthy and the return air filters inside the house needed to be changed. Everything else looked clean and in great working order. As a temporary measure, I cleaned a couple of the filters and lo and behold, the house started to warm back up without cutting off. It has been a couple of days without the issue arising, so am not able to replicate the issue. I am not sure if this is their normal practice or if this is incompetence/ignorance of the technician who came out. Nonetheless, I will NOT recommend this company, unless you are desperate and have a few thousand dollars laying around to blow.

hours agoNEWIf I could give less than a 1 I would.In Jan 2022, I had a plumbing issue with my water heater. I called my home warranty company and they advised me to call a licensed plumber. I found Triple Play on line and they had good reviews. I let them know about the home warranty and gave them the phone numbers t call so that I could recoup the cost. They came back to the house and installed the new tank to the cost of $2265.95, which I paid. I never thought that they would not have followed the home warranty procedure. Boy was I wrong. Ended up my out of pocket cost.Now let's go forward to Dec 2023. Losing hot water faster than normal, so I called Triple Play again as they installed the tank and should have a warranty. Wrong again, not only do I have to pay for the install of the defective part, but a service call as well. Approx $420. Excuse me!!!!! A disabled vet, and this is how I get treated over a defective water heater????? Really????? I called and asked for the owner to call. I received a call from the service manager. He went on about it not being fair if they did not charge for the service fee and install and said he could waive the service fee of $169, but I would still have to pay for the install of $250. No, I advised him that I will pay the requested amount. Do I think I should, no, but I am sure I am depriving someone there of their money that they so desperately need, and we can agree to disagree. I feel as though I should not have to pay anything. He said he would have the owner call me. I use veteran owned companies and was surprised when he told me the owner was a veteran.Sorry, fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will never use them again! It seems as if you feel that everyone but you has responsibility for your home but you. We have never worked for home warranty companies. And if you had one then submitting the claim is your responsibility. You were given a year labor warranty with the water heater and that expired on Jan of 2023, almost a year ago, clearly marked on your invoice. We do not manufacture AO Water tanks and so "defects" are for for parts only under their warranty. On a recorded line today you told the service manager that if we didn't charge you zero you would leave a 1 star review. Blackmail is a felony and defined as the action, treated as a criminal offense, of demanding payment or another benefit from someone in return for not revealing compromising or damaging information about them. We have reported this to Google, Our attorneys for libel and to the authoritiesSo now I get a response telling me I am blackmailing them?????I only stated that I would be rating them on Google and Yelp. Do I feel that the repair and install should have been free, absolurltely! But I paid full price they requested! Did I give them a poor rating, yes! My opinion. I have that right! Don't I? Is this not American? Never got a call from the owner, just a written response advising me I am the bad one. A 73 yr old disabled veteran! Not that I want pity, but come on! Really? You are shaming me? And threatening me with your attorney's without talking to me???? And I never stated what you said about me asking for $0 or I would leave a 1 review! That is a lie! I did say I would rate you on Yelp and Google if we could not reach an agreement on the install and service issue.

Blaine came out and put in a backflow valve for a sprinkler system and did a great job. He even cut the sheetrock in a way to make it super easy for me to patch back up! It was originally scheduled to be done yesterday, but the previous job ran over, which is fine because Vesper and the Triple Play team were very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. Great experience, professional and courteous team, and got the job done quickly & efficiently. Definitely recommended!

if only I could give zero stars. The technician was awesome, very professional. However, they were not up front with their $160 service fee. Every other company I talked to that day was up front about their fees and NONE of them were near as high. Had I known how much they were charging, I would never have had them come out. My mom is 84 on a fixed income. PROTECT your elderly family members from companies like this one!

I called today and asked if they could put in a new thermostat and door bell the lady that answered said yes they can and set it up for that same day. They get here very nice and started the thermostat then they finished that and went to do doorbell after he was there a minute he comes to me and says they don't do doorbells REALLY !!!!! So then he said he could do it but it would cost a lot to do? REALLY !!!! So now I have to callFor another service charge for someone else to do.... Very disappointed in them I willNot use again......the charge was over 200$ just to do a thermostat ugh!!!

Called to look at a potential gas leak issue exposed via a pressure test another vendor did. They didn't even arrive with the equipment to reproduce the test, and all they ended up being able to do was spray some leak detector on the valve. They charged $282 for that. Another competitor with the actual tool was $170.

I don't even want to give 1 star. Called out to fix a leak, $650.00. They said we will get it done. They broke something off the coil and had to replace it for free due to them breaking it. So they did, and then here is where they screwed up. After replacing the coil, they then proceed to show me their tablet and say in order to recharge the system with coolent it will cost $1600 more. First, it had plenty of coolent before they ever touched it. When they replaced to coil, they obviously just blew out the coolent instead of backing it up into the compressor. I've got recordings of them leaving me messages on my voicemail talking down to me. Worst customer service and thieves. They screwed up the job, and the customer service. They tried to make some of their money back from the coil, by trying to make some back with the coolent. Nice try Triple Play, but you can't bullshit a bullshitter. I've already had 2 other journeymen out to assess what they did for court. Plus the lovely voicemail they sent. I wouldn't call this company if I were you.
