I stop here often. Hard working crew at the front desk and Jerry for the outdoor stuff and the lady who sells truck driver lawyer info. But the showers leave me wondering if anyone is really cleaning them. I have found feces on two occasions still on the seat. Truckers would like to enjoy a clean shower. It's one of the few things we look forward to that people who go home everyday take for granted. Can you please clean these showers better?

Gold afternoon my name is Ruben and let me say this, everyone that works here is awesome, always have a good attitude and I've never had an issue until the last couple months with this worker named Michael, I was caught off guard when I had overheard him mock a customers accent who was trying to get fuel for his rig... customer was beyond frustrated but paid for his fuel and I myself am Mexican so I do have somewhat of a accent but I was COMPLETELY OFFENDED when he mocked my accent, and repeated everything I said like a child. I don't know what's wrong with him maybe a bad day. So I just stayed quiet and paid for my fuel now over the course of a few kinths I have noticed this more and more with him. It's so unbelievably rude to mock others and make fun and jokes about the way they speak.... I thought as a cashier or any job position where you deal with many Many customers you would know what to do and what not to do. I'm sorry but he has poooor very poor customer service skills, and I've seen some questionable workers but he takes the Cake with this one. Sometimes it's just him and Rebecca working(Rebecca is a Rockstar employee by the way) and she's always doing everything and he just sits or hides and plays on his phone or ipad.... poor poor worker... this job isn't rocket science. How do you complain about your feet hurting while at work and have the lady busting her butt off because you can't follow directions and think you can do whatever you want. I've seen the frustration in Rebecca's eyes but as always she's level headed and just takes control of everything and does as any leader would.... pick up someone's slack... give Becca a raise and do something about Michael because this isn't okay or acceptable as a cashier or any form of customer service. Thank you

Food=3, Service=4, Price=4, Facility=3. We eat here on Friday nights for the fried catfish, and includes the salad bar. It is good. The wait staff know us now and our order so that counts for a lot.
