Great experience here! They had a sign up for happy hour pricing although I don't know if it is always up. My car looked great after the wash. Loved that they had towels and vacuums available for free too

Excited about this new location in Edmond! My last Carwash place ended in disappointment. So I will reserve judgement after a few washes. I will admit that the best plus wash with the ceramic wax left my white car looking like a beauty queen (Pearl) was looking good. Free vacuums and a $5. Interior kit to maximize your clean. So far not a bad wash!

I've been a member about 4 months. In the beginning the staff was right there to guide me in; not any more. At first I was happy with the vacuums' appropriate performance. For the past 2 months either the vacuum nozzle won't stay on or there isn't any suction. Don't know if the canasters need to be emptied or replaced. This location is very busy and popular next to the interstate; however, management needs to do some quality checks. I've been here for an hour and one half and have not seen anyone leave the very accessible office. I'll finish out this month to see if there is any improvement; if not, I'm gone.

They have the greatest staff!! I accidentally left my phone on top of my car and went through the car wash...it got lost inside the car wash and the workers shut it down for 30 minutes to look for it. When they couldn't find it, they said when they close that night they will clean out everything and keep looking for it. I left them a phone number and 30 minutes after closing, they called saying they found it, no damage to the phone, and were cleaning it up for me! I truly cannot say thank you enough to the staff at this location. They also left this hilarious photo on my phone as well. Thank you to Nick & all the other staff! I am a customer for life now.

The best car wash in town. Most other automatic washes seem to miss the back middle of my car; not here! It gets every inch of my car clean. Also, the air driers at the end leave your car spotless. They have self serve vacuum area. The vacuums have two different nozzle ends. A wide one for large areas and a narrow one to get in all of those small crevices. My favorite part is that there are air hoses with nozzles to blow out the dust from those really hard to reach areas. They also have an automatic floor mat cleaner.

We have been using this wash since they open and have been monthly members for a long time. It is a good value if you use it more than twice a month. Lately it seems that there are some jets not working properly but hopefully they will remedy this quickly. Free vacuums are great with mat washer and high speed air dispenser. Overall, we are very pleased with the business. Thanks!

I do badly want to use this car wash, however, it doesn't remove the bugs at all. They need a upfront man doing a scrub!!

Went to the location on Kelly Ave. Vacuums were very weak, they posted "free floor mat cleaning-see attendant" but never saw any employee outside and no door to go in and find someone. Club car wash is better- even give you free windex to use.

We love this car wash for the location alone. We pay $80 a month for the Best+ wash because we enjoy having spotless cars on the daily. Different items though have started going downhill and making us reconsider using Coulter any longer. The dryers might blow a slight amount of air but don't work for anything. You have to completely dry your car by hand and in this weather is far from preferred. The second item is the vacuums. You'll spend 15 minutes on one section of your car because the suction is that lacking. PLEASE FIX THESE ITEMS!!!

I've been coming to this car wash since the day it opened. It has slowly declined these past two years but even more so this past few months. The pavement is absolutely disgusting outside of the wash. The grime and trash is unacceptable. You go through the very overpriced car wash only to drive over trash and mud. The vacuum area should be pristine. There used to be workers put power washing the outside area but now they walk around and try to sell the monthly membership to people trying to vacuum their cars. I always get the "best" wash and my car never comes out very clean. Dirt in the wheel spokes, filthy back end, bugs stuck to the windshield. Would be nice if there was someone to pull that windshield wiper cover off after the wash when you pull out. Cant you reuse those? Seems very wasteful. I'm done. Canceled my monthly membership and will not be back.
