Scheduled service online for little Spark, oil & filter change with tire rotation. When completed, price was higher & no tire rotation done. Cashier shrugged as I complained she just wanted payment. Once I paid & still complained, she directed me to service advisor but did stop me to hand me a fob that gets punched with oil changes to get a free oil change after 4. Advisor said I was to present coupon before any service. I told him I ordered the service & time online. No coupon to print, just button to click. He said he had no way of knowing that it was an online order. ( he must have just guessed what service to do?) He said since I had already paid, there wasn't a way to change it. He offered a $10 discount on next tire rotation. I declined.It cost more to just get a simple oil & filter change done on my tiny Spark at Nix than it was to get by big F250 4x4 an oil & filters change, tire rotation, multisystem check & fluids topped off at Stuteville. The difference is clear.

Bought a new High Country from these guys we worked the deal being over 2000 miles away, Mitch and Joe made it happen, we flew there 3 days later and was picked up at the airport by their driver. Smooth transaction, such a great experience, even on the drive back they text to check in and see how our drive was going. When other dealerships failed us, these guys came through, worth the trip! I have waited over six weeks for the Dodge service department to complete a work proposal, estimate and submit a warranty claim to Mopar under my service / warranty contract. Every week or two I called to get a status update and the service writer told me that he was too busy to call Mopar about my warranty work. He repeatedly said that he would call me back when / if he ever got this taken care of. It became evident that he was not going to help me.After six weeks I got frustrated and I called another Dodge dealership to see if I could get better service. The service writer at this dealership informed that me that the warranty claim process is actually online! They made an appointment for my truck for under 1 week. I have no confidence or trust in the service department at Tommy Nix. They are not reliable and do not seem to need the business. I do not recommend them at all.

Extreme overpricing. One vehicle they had tagged at $31K and said that it was an awesome deal with $6K in rebates, somehow still making it $28K (supposedly after rebates) as if I can't subtract 6 from 31 (which is 25). On top of that I found the SAME year/make/model of the vehicle at a dealership in another town that, with rebates it was only $20K. We're talking an 8-11 thousand dollar difference. They also treated me as if I was the dumbest person on earth and that it was my job to meet THEIR expectations. You couldn't pay me to recommend them to anyone.
