Limited selection. Good location. I appreciate the ability to roam the humidor myself without being harassed. Gentlemen working was friendly. He didn't try to sell me on a $500 exclusive back room privilege like some other cigar stores. Pricing was reasonable. What I bought was fresh. If I'm looking for a good $10 stick, I'd probably stop back in.

I've been going to this shop for over 30 years. I first went to this shop when it was French Market Mall.Zack and his staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Whether you are a novice or a connoisseur, they will be happy to assist you. They also have a lounge with comfortable seating and TV. They also have lockers to rent. I truly enjoy this shop. When you are there, say hi to BOOMER. Zack, thank you.

I'm almost a regular and these guys are great. They know what they're selling and if they're unfamiliar with a certain cigar or tobacco blend then they tell you "I haven't tried that one yet" or "I'll do some research for you." The latter they actually do!! I'm friends with the manager Joey and asked him about a specific pipe tobacco blend I heard about online. He said he'd do some research about it because he hadn't heard of it. When he got done with time-pressing matters (ordering more cigars for their awesome walk-in humidor) he actually started searching it up and seeing what was in the blend. I'm only 18 and obviously the youngest one there but whenever I go I'm treated like one of the guys. There's the regular crowds on certain days that I mingle with and enjoy all of them. My first time in there they said welcome very kindly and respectfully asked to see my ID. Being a Walmart employee I understand having to show ID so I gave him my drivers license. He quickly looked at the birthdate and handed it back to me thanking me and showed me around the humidor and made suggestions as to what I might like in my price range. When I wanted to start trying pope smoking, I asked Joey if he had any starter kits and how much they would cost (I saw one at another cigar shop and nearly passed out from the price tag). He said he didn't have any starter kits and doesn't like them because they cost so much and turn people away from the hobby. He then pointed me to corncob pipes (very cheap but work excellent) and even helped me pick out a blend of tobacco. He then proceeded to show me how to light and smoke it with his own pipe. Now I love pipes! A sure-fire recommendation to anyone wanting a cigar lounge to kick back and relax with some cool dudes!!!

One of the coolest cigar bars I've ever stopped in for a smoke. The staff allows you to rain without watching over your shoulder and pesky questions like the cigar gods. They appreciate everyone has different taste and different thoughts on how a cigar should feel. They allowed be to hang out and smoke in the lounge with no charge twice. Some places have a membership or fee to sit and smoke. Some of the coolest people in Oklahoma hang out here and run the shop!

Great array of merchandise. The staff's always helpful, friendly, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable, too. There's another cigar place I like as well out in south Oklahoma City, yes, but this place is far closer to my home in northwest Oklahoma City.Have a cigar aficionado among your friends? Looking for a top rate humidor? This is a fantastic place if you're looking for gifts for smoking friends.

Come here, choose a cigar from dozens of various cigars. Once you've got a cigar picked out enjoy smoking it in their cigar lounge. There is a nice area that sits at least 10 people with a television and complimentary drinks. If you need an empty cigar box for whatever they sell discarded ones for $1. There is shisha for hookah smoking and a dozen different tobacco and pipes. This place is turning me into a lounge lizard with the rest of the familiar faces.

Two words: customer service. Cigars are a luxury items. Something that people are choosing to literally BURN their expendable income on. I always get the feeling that Tobacco Exchange understands this. When I walk in, I am greeted and asked if I need any assistance. When I check out, I always receive a "thank you."The cigar selection here is very good: everything from CAO and Drew Estate to Padron and Diamond Crown.....and everything in between. The cigars I purchase here are always properly humidified. I occasionally light up a pipe as well. Tobacco Exchange has a very solid selection of tinned and loose leaf pipe tobacco to keep me supplied. I have not yet used their smoking lounge, but I've heard good things. Oh, and one final thing: the owners are good people. I threw a large fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Clubs last year. Tobacco Exchange donated an entire unopened box of Arturo Fuentes to the silent auction. These guys have both earned and deserve my patronage. I highly recommend Tobacco Exchange.

The employees at Tobacco Exchange were rude and unhelpful. The selection was underwhelming. The place could really benefit from the installation of an exhaust fan if they don't already have one or another if they do. The last two points of criticism could be overlooked but rude employees interacting rudely with the customers is not a point I am willing to overlook. I will never shop there and I suggest that others don't.
