Signed a lease agreement. Then Tms wanted to change the term of the contract. Also contract writer was unfriendly and cold. Not a people friendly place.

We have been involved with TMS for several years. Every time we call them it's laughable how bad they are at customer service. They always seem old and cranky and angry that we called even if we call with good news. They always remind us that "we are not the only property that they own." They usually answer the phone with "who is this?" Instead of "thank you for calling TMS." We have a running joke about how unfriendly they are on the phone. It usually takes them about 2 months to get back with us if we need something. They are bad at managing their time and their people and as a property management company that is all that they should do well.
