Tinker AFB FamCamp

It's a nice campground. Full hookups and level, concrete spaces for a great price. Hear that other campgrounds, LEVEL. No pull throughs, as the actual spaces are small. Appears to be well maintained. Most residents appear to be long term. Accessible greenway for walks. Nearby mini BX open to 1800 and Domino's pizza open till midnight. We used the Dominos due to OKC rolling up the sidewalks at 2100.If you don't mind hearing jet engine runs in the AM - I'm impervious to them - this is a great place to stay. The only drawbacks are no reservations, a first among FamCamps. Also cash or check only.

The lady that runs the camp clearly does not like her job. She had a bad attitude the entire time. She was rude and had the worst social skills to include rushing me to get my RV parked. I've never met anyone so rude and disgusting in my entire life. I hope she finds other employment because clearly she hates her job. This was the WORST customer service experience I've ever witnessed in my entire life.

Had a Great spot by the pond! Quite area away from the flight line. Convenient store with gas right next door. Located Near back gate entrance. Only downside was no reservations excepted and hot water in showers run out to quick.
