We found this while planning our family trip. This safari has been here for 21 years. The animals all have large roaming areas and are well taken care of. Many of the staff members live on the facility. We stayed in a safari but it was $150 plus another $100 for the VIP tour for a family of 5. The price also included having access to the zoo until they closed. Cons: there are no restrooms in the huts. It's about a 200 ft walk. There is no shower either and there is only one on site by the bathroom. They do not look well taken care or smell great at all. We avoided them. We stayed in treehouse #2 and when we walked around you could feel and see the entire hut move. It was scary. There's only a dvd player so bring movies. The smell inside main office is awful and I gagged many times but I am pregnant so my smell I feel like is more intense. Keep in mind hut one and two are over the tigers the others are over bears. Pros: for the price you do get a lot such as access to the zoo, the animal encounter, tour and feeding, they had a large bonfire one night, offer breakfast snacks the morning before tour which are store bought.

The hut was a nice and relaxing getaway however, all I could think about the entire time was why are the cages for these wild animals so small and how do they stay warm. The owner Bill definitely gives me Tiger King vibes and I would love for this place to be investigated. They keep wild animals in small cages inside the lobby area for show and tell and the ones that are outside are much smaller than if you went to your typical zoo. Now I'm not one of those people who are against zoos I kind of think of zoos as a way to keep animals safe given they have enough room to mimic their natural habitat. Tiger Safari doesn't do that at all. They have a hyena (pack animal) alone in a small cage, and a grizzly bear alone that just walks the perimeter of his cage all day. Place should most definitely be shut down and would never return to support the horrific treatment to these animals!!!!.

$15/person and it's not run very well. Used my bank card to pay then they say it didn't go through. I showed them on my phone it clearly went through and charged my account. They wanted me to run it through again?? No thank you. I'll go elsewhere. There are plenty of other places like itcin oklahoma.

Expensive for what you get. The animals are in cages that are not large enough for the animals. Very sad. Just plain cages with no natural environment. Workers are rude

It's a fun experience to do with the family or some friends. I came here today with my husband and we had a blast inside because we did the VIP and when they brought out the baby monkey, that was a highlight of the petting zoo. Watching it climb and jump off and try to lick and bite my husband was so funny. The outside of the zoo is very simple but it's nice. The kangaroos they have are so gentle and so adorable. We definitely will come back with our daughter so she can feed the animals and have a good laugh.

WOW!!! The USDA has cited this business 90 times in the last 10 years alone.... For dirty conditions, poor veterinary care, unnecessary stress to animals. So sad that you think you're going to a place that takes care of them, but all they wanna do is use them for profit. When you go to these places and you see things that are not right or concerning sure to take a photo and post it online. No need to hold back. You'll be saving animals. Who cares about the owners.

So clean and so much fun. The girls working there were so nice. The animal areas were spotless and no signs of distress. Had such a great time!

The tigers were thin, isolated, with no water to swim in (tigers are water cats), in TINY enclosures for their sizes, water bowls on the ground that I WATCHED the males peeing in, and one white tiger was limping. Some animals had very insufficient post and lintel shelters. The animals inside have it worse. Two large owls are locked in small display cages with dirty water. The outside Capuchin monkey's fur was falling out and she was all alone in her enclosure. She was also very hungry, greedily grabbing for more and more Cheerios. Monkeys don't live alone!! The kangaroos were awesome, very friendly, pettable, and enjoyed laying in the sun. But the USDA said they had to put in a barrier so they can't be touched. The hyena was also alone. So was the bear. Hyenas are pack animals!! An adult male lion was alone and crying endlessly at the back fence, which I got on video. A teenaged lion was so bored and alone that he "chased" my purse like a kitten as I swung it around, and he ran up and down the fence with my husband, just dying for some play and contact. Lions are not solitary either! Male tigers are, but it's still sad to see them in tiny, 10x10 panel cages with no real shelter and no pond water. The lone tiger in the back played "stalk and pounce" with me as I pretended to hide behind a post. He was starved for activity, too. None of them have any stimulation. Some of the enclosures are overgrown. It is a sad, sad place to see. I hope they get closed down. Plan to report them to my contacts at PETA.

You should ignore the 1 star reviews, they are by and large done by a bunch of PETA freaks that yammer about how bad zoos are for animals while tapping out these reviews of places they have never been on their Apple computers made by slave labor in China... Hypocrisy much?As for this place it is to me a bit over priced for what it is. I've had better experience in the Zoos at Tulsa and Oklahoma City. The only thing that I find offensive at this place is that if you stay i one of their cabins they hit you with a 25 dollar cleaning fee... Excuse me but trying to gouge a customer for what is at every other place included in the price of a stay is BS. So keep that in mind if you are thinking of staying there.
