Thunderbird Trail of Fears

The magic show was fun. Enjoyed the two different trails - each had a little different interaction and feel. Definitely something fun to do with a group of friends and it isn't too far outside of Norman.

This branch of the trail ofFear offered a haunted trail, zombie paintball adventure and a magic show in 2015.My group was pleased with the trail: it was fun and spooky and had a great theme.Where the place lost stars was on the "reckoning" attraction. The admission price includes zombie paintball, but there were two lines: regular and fast pass. However, there were only TWO tractors with 9 seats each, and often enough fast pass people to fill up both tractors. The result was that my group waited a solid hour to do something we PAID to do. We got in line maybe 30 people back. By the time we were done, it was at least 100 people deep, meaning that those in the back were looking at a 2-3 hour wait.What pissed me off the most was the completely flippant and careless attitude of the staff towards the issue. I overheard one say that "if they want to get on quickly, they can just go buy the fast pass and quit complaining." It wasn't a matter of getting on FAST, it was a matter of getting on in a reasonable amount of time for something we PAID FOR. We gotstuck at the very front of the line because they would stop the tractors, take a few minutes to change CO2, and by then the fast pass lane would fill up and we'd miss that turn. The tractors would come around again, someone would get off to complain about something, and by the time the convo was done, THE F*CKING FAST PASS LANE WOULD BE FULL AGAIN. People were leaving the regular line in droves and complaining loudly.Not how fast pass works, people. Splitting the two tractors between fast pass and general admission would have guaranteed that the line moved faster while also guaranteeing that those who paid for the (inherently bullshit money grab of a fast pass) got on more quickly.Unless this gets fixed, we will not be coming back, nor will we be recommending this place to friends. Keep your customers happy. 1-3 hour waits for your attraction -- and being told to just "pay more!" -- isn't gonna do it.
