Well this a first, reviewing a liquor store. Yet this isn't an average sleepy liquor store because the owners have turned this into an experience. I learn something new every time I come in to pick up party favors or even to simply cook with a good Cabernet. The family is awesome along with the cute dogs and they have a pretty snazzy selection from liqueurs, beer, wines and such. I've been coming here since I turned 21 and plan to keep coming back as long as I'm in Oklahoma City. So if you want to dip and dodge people, feel like the workers are shady, leave not knowing what the heck you purchased; don't come to this location. Did I mention they do tastings every so often as well?? They do that too. I'll gladly send anyone to this location and let them experience the family vibe & feeling good at the selection just purchased.

Until I stumbled upon The Wine Gallery, I was not partial to one single liquor store. I would stop by the store that I happened to be closest to in Oklahoma City to buy my liquor or wine. When I walked into the Wine Gallery I was delighted with the family owned kindness and knowledge of all things liquor and wine plus the well organized displays and cleanliness of the store. The security dogs rock too! Each and every visit, I find something new and delightful to taste plus the superb customer service makes all the difference in the world. In my opinion, you can judge a liquor store by its selection of wine - the other stuff is pretty much the same at every liquor store. But the wine! The assortment of wine reveals a lot about whether the liquor store is a good establishment and let me tell you this place has an extraordinary selection of wine for all budgets and tastes. The free monthly wine tastings are so much fun and I have increased my vintelligence with every tasting! The Wine Gallery is now my go-to wine/liquor place and I don't shop anywhere else.

Don't let the appearance/signage fool you! This in an incredible business. Massive selection of beer, wine, liquor & everything in between. Including a HUGE "build your own 6-pack section." (Biggest in OKC, I have checked them all) The staff is interesting, well traveled & unbelievably knowledgeable. Prices are great too! If you live in Moore this should be your spot, & if you don't it is worth the drive!

I found the Wine Gallery from a recommendation from a friend. I had been frequenting another spirits store because it was owned by a friend. The Wine Gallery had a better selection than any other spirits store I had been to. If Adam does not have what you are looking for, he can usually have it the next day. Adam is very versed on his spirits, and has been very helpful on several selections. The Wine Gallery is my GO TO place for spirits.

Found this place on the recommendation of a friend. Adam and his family know their stuff and go the extra mile with customers. Check out their specials. I go out of my way to give them my business. They can order anything not in stock and usually have it the next day. They are also beginning to have tastings and themed dinners. I will have to check them out!

Before I typed this review, I looked through the pictures and reviews, double-checked the address, and generally researched everything I could to make sure that this was the same store that everyone else was reviewing, because my experience couldn't have been more different. In my case, an attempt to locate something was met with a vague "in this area" comment/hand wave from the single staff member who had some critically important television to watch. "No matter," I thought, since while I'm no expert, I know enough about what I like that I am relatively self-sufficient.On top of that, however, there are some seriously misleading signs in the store. Like many wine merchants, The Wine Gallery will put small placards, signs, and other notes below their bottles in order to tell you more about the wine and generally give you that feeling of confidence that you're making a good pick. (It's a psychology thing - someone in authority is telling you this is a good choice.) However, upon closer inspection, I realized that rather than general comments about the wine, these are excerpts from publications testing specific vintages in specific years - and the wine on the rack above is not from the year the note is talking about. On the one hand, maybe it's not a big deal, but on the other hand, some of them were comically outdated. One of them even said "best to drink between now and 2015," which didn't give me a great feeling as I looked at a 2016 bottle above the note. And while there are many frustrating things about every liquor store in Oklahoma from the largest to smallest, I can say I've never made a major purchase like I did here without staff going out of their way to help me load up the car. It's not required, of course, but it's funny that the fellow decided to go out of his way to tell me I had his permission to take the precariously-stacked cart outside the store instead of, you know, helping me out even a little bit. One star back for carrying Stable Ridge. That by itself is not enough to get me back - I'd rather drive to Stroud and get it myself.

I'm a beer lover & this store has an excellent selection of my favorites; like porters, stouts, wheat, & Belgian ales. Of course, they have a huge wine selection & plenty of spirits to choose from. Adam is always friendly & very knowledgeable. I recommend all of my friends & coworkers to go there & they tell me just how impressed they are too. You will do yourself a great injustice if you miss their monthly wine tasting, so get prepared! Go to The Wine Gallery for an incredible selection & the best customer service in OKC.
