Very kind staff and quick service. The space is incredible. Lots of different pockets of seating. From couches to tables and chair. Very comfortable. They also have what looks like some conference rooms you can reserve and a coworking space. This place is very versatile. I got the chestnut Christmas drink and I did not really like it. It was too sweet for me, but really it's my fault. I don't love sweet coffee and I went for it anyways. I have a feeling if I told them that I did not like it they would have gotten me something new, but I didn't feel the need for more coffee. BUT if you love sweet coffee then you'll love the drink I got!I come to this area of the city about once a week and I can't wait to come back and try something a little less sweet. I'll keep you updated.

Love the coffee. Love the people. Everyone is always so nice and friendly and eager to help you find the perfect cup of joe! I also love that it's the perfect place to work. You can rent one of the private rooms by the hour or get a membership. If you don't luck up on a private spot, sitting at one of their tables is equally as nice! The only thing I don't love is that you have to access the menu online if you're using the drive through and sometimes the link doesn't load! And sometimes it's a bit of a wait too! Not a quick in and out if you get stuck behind a few cars. Other than that... Highly recommend checking these good folks out!

Ordered a iced pumpkin spice latte this morning. There was no flavor at all. Couldn't even taste the pumpkin. When I went to say there was no pumpkin in it, they made us pay extra for an extra squirt of flavor. So, basically, I had to pay extra for my coffee to taste like it was supposed to taste originally. Total rip off. Never coming back.Reply to the business owner: If you admit you had to add quite a bit of syrup to fix the drink you made, then that is a reflection on how well you made the drink to begin with. The fact that you deflected the issue, and tried to flip it back on the customer is validating that your business deserved one star. Very sad. Do better.Have a fabulous day :)

Legit 4. Nabbed the iced coffee today as warm just didn't sound right. Might be a hint too much if flowery but really not bad and not overly bitter. Looks like they have smallBreak out rooms for meeting which looks cool and plenty of indoor seating. I'm going to have to try one of the sandwiches bc they sounded good and they make 'em there.

I've only been here once, but I really enjoyed the caffeine free drink items to choose from. I got the Italian cream soda and you get choose the syrup flavor and really customize your drink. Uhh that was such an amazing drink! I really can't believe how good it was. Ingot peach and raspberry syrup in my drink and it was so tasty. They have a few small rooms you can study in which is nice. You can rent them too, but if they are free you can study in them all you want. It's a nice environment to study in and it relatively quiet. They have a large area with lots of tables. Some of the study rooms have large windows and the ones on the inside are more private with no windows. If you are in a rush, don't worry, they have a drive thru. The employees were very friendly when I was there and the inside was clean.

I love this local coffee shop - The Underground. If you haven't enjoyed a seasonal Peppermint Mocha Latte yet, you are seriously missing out on this festive treat! (I get mine 'half sweet,' but you do you!) Use the handy drive-thru window or c'mon inside where the staff is super friendly and the shop decor & furnishings are cozy, comfy & inviting. The Underground Coffee shop is such a great place to meet up with friends, get some work done or have a meeting - they even have some private meeting rooms you can rent for a small fee by the hour, or work spaces (and a conference room) you can schedule by the day! Facing a long drive back to Texas, I visited The Underground to order the biggest baddest coffee available. We were grabbing drinks to go, but the interior at the Underground looked to be spacious with tons of good seating and nice vibes and decor. This shop also features a drive-through, and it was clearly bustling when we visited.My son enjoyed his iced mocha, but I did not love my large quad shot latte. The espresso not remarkable, and it came through a bit bitter and unbalanced compared to what I would hope for from a top craft coffee shop. Overall, it was a good experience with good service. For best results, you should probably stick to a sweet flavored drink that is not so expresso-forward.

The Underground is the only coffee shop that makes drinks I want to spend my money on. I love their selection and the quality is just there. The espresso shot to milk ratio is perfect, plus my cappuccino always has plenty of foam.Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and can help you select a drink that matches your preferences. The shop is always clean and inviting. Don't waste your time and money going anywhere else!

Not only does the Underground have great drinks, it has wonderful service and an incredible atmosphere! I saw people from all walks of life - an infant, a group of more mature guys, and everything in between. Everyone seemed to be comfortable in the environment of the Underground and enjoying their drink of choice! My current personal go to is a honey latte with cinnamon. They have a great selection of specialty drinks - Carmelita is top notch!
