There were no lines and I was able to register my car for another year. The place is clean and bright. The people were polite but not really friendly or helpful.

My husband and are new to the area - we needed to change our address - we have been waiting in the car for over an hour - seems excessive !!!

We've been going here for our auto tags and driver's licenses since 1998, and they have always treated us kindly and worked efficiently to help everyone we've seen go in an out.

This place is gross. It smells old, looks old, and is downright depressing. The carpet is stained everywhere and even has old gum on it like a parking lot. The seats of all the mismatched chairs are ripped and torn with stuffing exposed and the children's table and chairs are filthy! The only reason I'm giving it two stars is the young blonde girl at the counter was friendly and helpful.

The older man that's up there is an ASSHOLE!!!You are the face of the business! I'm not saying you have to have a big smile on your face everytime a customer enters. Although that would be a warm nice greeting compared to what I got. If you hate your job...GO FIND A NEW ONE! He didn't want to answer any of my questions about registering a new car in my name. He told me to do the math myself and that's my answer. This tag agency will continue to go down hill! Laziness will only take you so far! He never said his name when answers the phone either but, if I treated people the way he does. I wouldn't want anyone to know my name either!

The lady was beyond rude and unhelpful. Tried to talk to me like I was a child. They are lazy and can't answer simple questions. Beyond incompetent is an understatement.

This place is leaps and bounds above our old place on on Broadway. It's old, the carpet is old, and the chairs are old. Sure, this looks no-so-appetizing, but who eats at their tag agency? I expect to spend about 10 minutes in here once a year so if they spent 10k on furniture I'd be angry that my tag money was being wasted. Anyway, so that's the bad, but the good? It's the people. Every single time I go in here it's a quick in and out with lots of smiles, "how are you doing today?" type of conversation, and just a general willingness to be polite. I don't know what happened to the other reviewer, but this place is night and day different from the rude and snotty Broadway tag agency down the road. We do all of our tag business here now.

Went in with my passport card, the lady looked at me and told me she has never seen a passport card. Then, she stated my passport card did not have a signature. Passport cards come with you name coded on the back for a reason. Her response to me was I don't need to notarize anything of yours. I left because I felt I was being judged by my skin color.

I have never left a negative review of a business or restaurant so here is my debut. I was just treated extremely rudely by the owner/manager. The details are not interesting but I will just say that I will NEVER return to this agency. Apparently he has forgotten that we have a choice in where we renew our tags. The desk agent was gracious but that did not outweigh the rudeness of the manager/owner?
