The Restoration on Candlewood

Everything here is honestly great, from having a washer and dryer the new appliances. But to pay over $800 a month since september and my A/C unit is still broken. I have put in multiple work orders and the staff are always marking "completed" when nothing has been done. I call the office multiple times i always get Sarah who has horrible cx service and will bluntly show that she does not care for your problem at all. This is a very unorganized work space. If u plan on living here just a heads up for what you're going to experience!!! They will get you in a unit fast but i would double check everything works correctly before moving in or your problem will not matter AT ALL!!!

If there was an option for zero stars, I'd be selecting that instead. The management here is a joke. So the week of Christmas our apartment flooded three times (including Christmas Day and New Year's Eve). They won't fix our problems. I have a giant hole in my bathroom that they wouldn't fix. They sent their maintenance person over on Christmas Day. The guy was laughing because we had raw sewage. Also telling us we're screwed. We have black mold in our kitchen. I told them that raw sewage is a biohazard but they honestly don't care. Never rent from this place. They're garbage! There was a drive by shooting one time and it totaled my sisters car. I've have someone break into my apartment through my bedroom window. They are not safe at all. S

I can say I REGRET choosing this location, I moved to oklahoma from new orleans louisiana February 1st! I moved out of the 1st apartment they moved me in that was downstairs and that one was INFESTED! I only stayed in that one for a week, they moved me towards the back of the apartments, what got me to choose me was they were NEWLY RENOVATED, well the apartment I am in now IS NOT NEW RENOVATED, I was told that they would come renovate my cabinets! the cabinets are NO good use at all, i can't put anything in my cabinets because out broken and old they are, im still waiting for someone to come in take my old cabinets out, i moved into a renovated infested apartment and had to move out so can i at least get what i was told.. Also this one is also INFESTED with roaches and i have never had roaches definitely won't be resigning the lease i've only been here for 2 months and don't even like to cook in my kitchen because it's fucking disgusting!

Unprofessional and careless , glad I caught before I moved in, crazy how lazy and lying leasing ladies can totally taking an experience with an apartment

If I could rate this place no stars...I would. The management for this place is terrible. They move tenants in knowing the air doesn't work in the apartment. I moved in three weeks ago and haven't been able to stay in the apartment at all due to NO AIR, IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER. I call the office and get an excuse every time. Save your money and go some place else.

I'd definitely rate this place 0 starts if i could , management is ridiculous and they don't care about their residents at all. They'll make sure to move you in quick but won't have everything installed properly. Our dishwasher falls out when you open it and our microwave only opens a quarter of the way. They're infested with roaches and gnats which is absolutely disgusting. We moved in the winter with no working HEAT now as the summer rolls in with 100 degrees outside they refuse to install an AC. We were told by maintenance that there NEVER WAS AN AC IN OUR UNIT. This place is extremely unsafe and unlivable in so many ways. Paying over 800 a month to sweat all day and have heat strokes in your own apartment. We can barely use the stove or oven when it's hot outside because it makes it extremely unbearable to stay in this house. We've put in work orders since MARCH about this issue and it's always an excuse. They claim they don't have enough maintenance to install it but yet they have them building several carports outside the buildings. Please don't waste your time, money, or your life with this place it's unsafe!

Worst dishonest customer service within the office staff. Considering rental rates it's not worth it. They're infested with roaches and gnats, my air hasn't worked over an week now, it took 6 months to replace a window, cheap flooring. Cabinetry isn't completely upgraded/new as stated on website, fireplace isn't useable, theif from balconies and damages to vehicles happens. More to say you get the point it's just not WORTH THE STAY

Viewed the property , Very well upcoming community! Brand new appliances, New carpet, wood floors office staff was very professional! Property still under renovation. I Loved it!
