The Regency

I've been living at the Regency for 5 months and I love it The staff is absolutely fantastic and always helpful, my neighbors welcoming and kind. This is the first home me and my husband share together and we both couldn't be happier.

I have lived here for over a year and loved every second of it. I even signed a 2 year lease because this is the best place I've ever lived.Perks to living here:-All bills paid so no OG&E making you feel like setting your thermostat to 65 degrees in 30 degree weather "to save energy costs".-The outdoor pool is more than a pool. Can we say outdoor kitchen, BBQ pit, wet bar, and fire pit too? Yes, that's included.- a clubhouse that can be rented out for private parties or just to play an evening game of pool or getting a small group of friends together.-monthly resident events- 24 hour gym and a laundry room that looks like small laundromat.-Included in rent is package lockers so no more porch pirates!- Key fob to get into pretty much anything and everything plus a door man so no uninvited company ("I was just in the neighborhood"). I feel very safe here.- A special door to into the mom-and- pop shop on the bottom floor that stays open later just for the residents.- Also included in the rent is trash pickup right at your doorstep 5 days a week.- 24 hour maintenance that is very timely.-coffee machine in the lobbyBest of all, MUCH cheaper than The Edge, Aloft, and pretty much every other downtown high-rise and the management is amazing and genuinely care about the residents instead of just treating them like people who give them money every month.

I've lived here for a little over a year now and have enjoyed my stay here! The staff are always so welcoming and helpful. The community is also very chill and welcoming and I enjoy living in a place where I can get to know my neighbors. Every issue or question I've had has been resolved effortlessly. Come live the downtown okc experience here at The Regency!

We have lived here since November 2023 and we love living here. It is a great location and has beautiful views. Most of the people that live here are very kind and friendly. The office staff, maintenance and security all do a great job and are very helpful and friendly.

i love living at the regency! I always recommend anyone who is looking for affordable luxury living downtown in the heart of OKC to live here. it's very convenient from the convenience store, the 24 hour gym, pet spa, rooftop pool and more. I can truly say that I'm not bullshitting anyone every apartment I stayed at I didn't have a good experience but here I've been living the life! thank you Lori, Erin and Jacob to all of your support and kindness throughout my journey here NeijaImani

Shifty apartments so much security on it makes you think they are hiding something in them. No one comes in and out who doesn't live here which is kinda safe but to much security period. Wonder why that is! I have a right to freedom of speech BTW. Don't make it seem suspicious and ppl won't wonder ey.​
