Would not recommend shopping here. I ordered a pair of shoes and when i got them the quality was awful. The jewels are falling off and the seams are wonky. Their communication is terrible so I have gone back and forth for a month now trying to get a refund and now they're not answering my emails at all or offering any kind of solution.

My favorite place to shop for my wife!The ladies are knowledgeable and friendly - I love that they help me pick out the perfect gift for every occasion. Great range of styles and price points!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I had made my first purchase with them and I accidentally purchased 2 of the same pair of jeans, so I messaged them and they gladly gave me store credit which was great because I had more I wanted to purchase, but I was a little annoyed they made me pay for shipping to send back the jeans. I finally found something I was wanting to purchase and use my code on, but before I could use the code the website just placed the order and charged my card. I immediately emailed Bobbie and said it was a mistake and to please cancel my order because I did not approve the purchase coming out of my card. She decided to wait until the item had shipped to tell me she wasn't going to anything about it. I explained that it wasn't my fault and that I would be okay if they would just give me the money back and use my store credit but she continued to be so unprofessional and keep saying it was against policy. Not sure how someone's website malfunctioning is my fault. So now I'm stuck with paying for something I never intended to pay for and still $50 in store credit that I no longer want to even use. Never do business with them, they are a complete scam.

BEWARE!!!!!!Absolutely the worst customer service!They lie!Purchase boots and when I received it they were already a little scuffed on the bottom with some marks. They were not broken in at all when I got them or when I returned them not even the slightest. I wear a size 6 1/2 to 7. The boot was a 7 and definitely fit like a glove - cutting off circulation and I couldn't even get the zipper up. I called them that day and told them the situation and they told me the policy is to return it at my own expense and put a note in the box requesting a different size. I paid over $20 in shipping it back and all they did was return the same box. Their note stated I was outside their return policy and the boots have been worn so they wouldn't except them.How can I possibly have worn the boots?! Basically calling me a lier! told them they came that way! The lady told me she checks them all before she ships them out. She obviously didn't do her job and now telling me that I am responsible for them. She even hung up on me.I called them the day I got them and told them I'd be returning them and said I have to go to a place and try a size on to know what size to exchange to put on the note in the box as I was told.The only reason why I bought them there was because they were cheaper. At this point, I've paid for boots and then some that I could've bought now cheaper locally from many other companies that back their products and have awesome customer service. Terrible business! Would not ever purchase or recommend to anyone. Talk about extremely poor customer service and to go as far as insalting me about lying about I previous had worn them. I could not even fit in them. What a joke! All they did was stiff a customer and loose business. I already filed a dispute! And yes I have all documentation proving they are LIERS! Seriously sad to see a business so desperate that they're risking to lose customers and not do their job and put it on the customer!Highly recommend putting your money to reputable small businesses which this business is not! I ended up purchasing this boot at the larger size on Amazon for less than this hassle has been and it's arriving tomorrow!Put your money towards reputable small businesses - which this business absolutely is not or spend the extra dollar because in the long run it will cost less, save you time, not the headache and they will back their product and not blame customers for not doing their job!I am all about buying from small business, what they just pulled is fraud!

You won't find anything in the ranch house that is boring!! They are original in every way and are so welcoming to all!

Terrible customer service regarding return policy. Rude owner that doesn't help. Do not shop here unless you want to get your money taken from you from cheap merchandise.
