By far the worse rental place I've ever rented from or heard of. They are terrible, they never answer the phone or fix anything. They will hang up on you and give you the run around on fixes you had put in. They should not be allowed to rent houses at all period.

The property center never shows up and are shady about answering questions. They claim to be able to keep the security deposit if you move out to another property but later turn it into only having to move into one of their properties or they make you continue to pay rent.

Horrible to deal with. Once you sign a contract,you are just a victim.Ive never been late on any payments. I am a concientious tenant. PC treats you as much less.Cara is worthless.

In my opinion, TPC is a poor choice of managing company that will let your property go to seed while putting their hand in your renters pocket for every cent possible. TPC has policies in the lease which require you to pay for a carpet cleaning upon leaving. I did this and hired a maid service to do a deep clean. In short I spent about $500.00 thinking I would get my full deposit back. They shorted my deposit by charging me $300 for the following. Blowing leaves out of garage, cleaning the microwave, changing a light bulb. I dispute the light bulb issue because I changed them and left an extra. I dispute the garage issue because leaves, snow, and dirt come in under the 1" gap in the garage door, and come in from the leaves the neighbors do not clean from their portion of the yard. As far as the microwave, I cannot confirm it was more clean than I left it because I assumed the maid service did so. Regardless, theses three tiny tasks do not warrant a $300 dollar hit. As far as the property I was in it was poorly maintained. The side gate had no latching system and had to be secured with a rope. The attic crawl door blew open when the wind was up and had to be screwed shut. Many of the drawers do not work, and drawers and cabinets do not have pulls or under cuts to open them with. And you had to be careful because carpet tacks on the stairs would stick your toes and screws stuck out behind some hinges which would poke you or tear towels etc when you pulled them out of a cabinet. They also left tar puddles in the garage which I had to clean so I did not track tar in during the summer. These are just a sampIes of the inferior quality of their maintenance. Lastly the manager Jordan is condescending and snotty, you will get no where with her because the dollars far outweigh consideration. I would never rent a property they manage again nor would I allow them to manage a property I have because they do substandard repairs.I now believe that this company will do everything possible in the legal gray area to allow them to take you for every cent.

Take my advice. Do not rent from this business. We are stuck in a year lease now but will not be renewing. They take forever on maintenance issues and have a very ungrateful attitude towards us. We moved in our stuff the night before our exact move in date. Place was filthy so we spent 3 hours cleaning it up. Figured they weren't going to clean it up. Mind you they gave us our keypad code for entry a week before move in date. Not kidding, I get the keys the next morning and return to home and our stuff was gone!!! The maintenance man came by to clean the house apparently and ended up taking our stuff to their office. It was a total power move. He lied and said he thought someone left their stuff there. It was a brand new home only finished month ago. We were first tenants! These people are nuts. Run don't walk. Also our air went out and it took them over two weeks to deal with it. Look elsewhere for rental.

AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COST. I've had the worst experience being a tenant with this company. I moved in April 2019 with my dog. I went without AC for two months during the summer after multiple requests to get it fixed. I had to keep my windows open mainly for my black lab mix and he would bark whenever I left and then I got a noise complaint and they threatened to evict me. I felt personally offended by that because I love and care for my dog deeply. Beyond all of that, their management changes frequently. As in, probably every month or two months you'll be talking with someone new about your problems. For me, it was my heating and AC that I had most trouble with and had to constantly be working with them to get it fixed. It was a terrible experience all together. It was nice to be close to OU campus but it was not worth it. They also come by whenever they want to view your place unannounced with no warning. One time they were "assessing the property value" and a man came into my apartment when I was sleeping and was taking pictures of the apartment. It was a complete violation of privacy. THEY CHARGED ME $900 ON TOP OF TAKING MY DEPOSIT. The charges they accused me of WERE PREEXISTING IN THE PROPERTY. I quickly learned to always take pictures and record previous damage for now on in my time as a renter. THEY FUCKED ME. I had no proof to refute the charges. Robbed me blind. Terrible company. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY THEY WILL ROB YOU TOO. I hope they get what's coming to them for how they have treated me and my dog. I feel taken advantage of for simply being an ou student. Pathetic. Taking advantage of students. Shame on you TPC! Corrupt evil frauds!

This company (Eli Davis) claimed he would provide great service but, he is changing like over two thousand for doing absolutely nothing. He made none of the repairs he claimed he would make, paid no bills and and followed through on nothing. The only time he contacted me was after i contacted him first. In January I called and I will admit was unprofessional because I was angry I was being charged for him doing nothing, he however assured me I was not being charged. I discontinued "service" this month because I there was no service! I am now told I owe him all this money when he did absolutely nothing! I bet we all wish we could get paid for doing nothing. He claim he made all these phone calls but I have my phone records and no calls were made.
